Does this have a easy to use, separate pause button?

There is a "PAUSE" button on the hand held Remote Control and the instruction book shows quite clearly what all of the buttons are for.

I bought this product about a month ago and finally had a chance to watch a movie this evening and the battery died and it won't charge up again.

I have purchased 2 of these machines....they are brilliant. My elderly mother uses hers daily and has never had any trouble. I use one when traveling....and it charges everytime. Great product!!! I would contact the company you purchased from ...as I believe they have an excellent customer care.

Is the disc drive noisy when playing?
