Fast, PWM controllable and quiet when not at full speed.
These work as advertised. According to my fan profile software these have a minimum of 400rpm and max out between 2000-21000 rpm. When maxed out they are loud but you won't really need them to go full speed at any time, unless your system is seriously overheating. When I set my profiles to silent mode you can barely hear them.In standard mode I have all fans at 800 RPMs and it effectively keeps everything cool while under regular office use and you can kind of hear they fans but its not noticeable at all.In turbo mode I have all fans at 1200 RPMs and you can hear them but not so much that it drowns out there game audio. And at this speed my motherboard stays at room temperature and my CPU stays between 100-110F.These work perfectly in PWM mode so your motherboard can control the speeds of the fans with custom profiles. Again, there will never be a time when you need these to be at full speed unless you are seriously overheating your system. But it's good to know that you've got it if you need it.

It's a simple case fan, and it does all it needs to!
About 10 bucks for a reasonably quite, solid black (no RGB), 4 pin PWM case fan? Incredible. These shouldn't be as hard to find as they are. I don't recall if it was this, or the other set of cheap 140mm fans that didn't come with case fan screws, but I would order a pack of those just to have around in case these don't ship with any. Like other cheap fans, it might take a little effort to get the screws threaded through the plastic, but it wasn't that big of an issue.

worth the price tag
overall they are worth the price tag if you know how to install fans already. if you do not know how, don't buy these, they came with ZERO instructions. and one fan was DOA. returned the one fan and got a replacement with no hassle.

Has the same part number as the original cpu fan and just as quiet. It arrived ahead of projected schedule.

Eh you get what you pay for
Farthest thing from quiet with these being a 3 pin tan you can’t control them to well so the rev up a lot under a heavy load and get super loud under little to no load they are alright

Noise Level
Loud noise. It's audible even with my headset on. However, it doesn't affect my gameplay much. This fan can perform on par with other name brand, and its price is good for the budget.
