High Quality Chair
Chair showed up, no instructions on how to assemble, which is, not optimal, but great value TBH. This is an incredible chair at this price.Would buy again.

Great chair but does NOT come with 4d adjustable arms.
I bought this chair after sitting in one a friend had and loved it. I have a smaller frame than average and found that most chairs armrests were too far apart which caused my elbows to splay out in order to reach the armrests. I spend 8-10 hours a day on my computer and this led to shoulder problems, so I purchased this Zody chair from Office Logix Shop after reading reviews mentioning these did have the 4d adjustable arms. They actually DO NOT, these chairs include the fixed armrests, which are only adjustable height-wise. I had to order the adjustable arms from ebay for an additional $150.

Perfect office chair
This office chair turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. Has multiple adjustments so height, arm rests, seat can all be adjusted to fit any person's size.

it is horrible. A $100 one at Coscto is better
Preface: I am a 5'4'' woman - average height for a woman. My office got these new chairs & we all have the same issues.Issues (and I have researched all the adjustments available and I've studied the ergonomics of sitting in a desk chair):Chair does not go up high enough for my elbows to be at right angles to my desk. The lumbar support only goes as high as my hips (which it pushes into), not to my lumbar area. The chair doesn't hit my back anywhere above my hips, so no back support. For a very expensive chair, it is horrible. A $100 one at Coscto is better.

Very good adjustable desk chair
I was fortunate to having used this chair and the Herman Miller Aeron chair in jobs I've held. I broke down any spent the money for a good chair since I work from home quite a bit. The major factor in chosing the Zody was the adjust ability of the thigh length. With Aeron, you have to chose Small, Medium or Large which impact the dimensions of the chair of which I only care about the support arm seperation and the seat length. With Zody, the arms adjust in 4 directions, height, width, forward-back and arm angle. the seat bottom can be adjusted for shorter legs and longer legs. The other concern I had was the curvature of the seat bottom, since I have "grown" from the time previously used the chair and worry about comments others made about upward pressure on the outer hips.

Best Chair Ever
I wish I had one of these chairs in every location I have to sit for more than 15 minutes.I've tried a lot of different ergo-chairs and this is the best by far. It's incredibly comfy and adjustable- and is very easy to use which I found other chairs not to be. Also the seat itself is rather cushy and pretty comfortable despite it being foam.Don't waste your money going after a bigger name chair like aeron. The mesh seat in other chairs isn't worth it- and can actually be painful as it can squeeze your hips in together over time as the mesh creates a valley shape underneath you when you sit it in.I love the arm rests- they pivot, move in and out and forward and back supporting almost any seating posture I find myself in.There are cheaper models available but get the fully loaded one as it has a forward tilt feature which is great if you're working for very long periods of time. If you just read in the chair or don't need to be in a more active position (or don't need to be in a typing-like posture for long periods) then this might not be necessary and the chair can be had for less money. If you go that route be sure to get the 4d arms though with the tilt mechanism and the PAL lumbar. Again, the controls are easy to use, and as an additional bonus it's obviously a very nice chair but doesn't wreak of pretentiousness like the Aeron chair.I'm planning to buy another one of these chairs for home as it is a bit hard to put up with anything less after I've had a taste for the Zody. I seriously feel bad when I sit in mine next to others who don't have one of their own.I'm a little obsessive about researching higher ticket purchases, and after around a combined 50 hours of online and in-store research this is the chair I picked, and now also took the time to write about.

The arm pads WILL fail soon - material cracks and splits open. Contacted Hayworth; "pound sand"
Contacted Hayworth (Ticket #10637 Started 11 Dec, 2023): reply: We do have replacement arm caps available for purchase on our online store - ticket resolved. Visited online parts store - $55! I didn't expect to spend $55 for parts on a $600+ chair in less than 24 months... I should've went with another less expensive company (buyer beware I guess). Makes me wonder what is going to fail next - but not too worry- I cam probably buy those parts from Haworth as well! I have other office chairs for a LOT less $$ that are older than 18 months and still working well.
