Ten in the Bed

This was a favorite of my daughter's at bedtime, 1 I read to her every night. The illustrations are fun!

I must have read this book to my daughter when she was a toddler 150x. She loved it! She's almost 25 now, smart and an avid reader, so maybe this book helped? :) I bought this for my niece who is expecting her first baby girl next month. Very cute book!

My son had to have this book read to him every night when he was a toddler. He wouldn’t go to bed without reading it & looking at the beautiful illustrations. I bought it for him to read to his infant daughter. When my daughter in law showed him the book, he smiled & said “ roll over, roll over, “

We have owned this book for almost 30 years, and just bought a new copy for grandchildren, because they love this sweet story as much as their parents did! I love singing the book itself, along with the fun sounds the animals make when they fall out of bed. What makes this book extra special, however, is the most beautiful and interesting illustrations. This is one of our favorite children’s books ever!

My adult sons recall this book and it was one of our favorites. After several failed attempts at ordering expensive new hardcovers (none received were new), I ordered these board books. The illustrations her very much like the original hard cover books. These are going to be a big hit for my grandkids.

I have the original copy by this author and love it because of the illustrations. I have people that have babies and was disappointed to find copies of the original costing $45. Very happy it is now in board book form so I can share it with others.

I had this book when my daughters were young and they loved it. I wanted to find a copy for my grandkids and was glad I could find a copy. It's a very cute version of this classic song, with beautiful illustrations.

Fun book for an evening read. Careful not to get kiddos too jazzed up before bed.

I bought this for my 2 year old as they read it at nursery and he always talks about it, they have it on permanent loan form the library as it is so popular with the kids (2-3 year olds). My son absolutely loves this book - he always shouts the noise made by each animal as it falls out of bed and laughs every time, we look at the pictures and talk about them e.g. what the other animals are doing that have fallen out of bed or we count all the animals in the bed on each page so it's great for that too. We even play a game based on the book when we're not reading it e.g. in the car or supermarket where I say the name of the animal and he says what noise they make. I can't recommend this book enough, it's a nice bedtime story or a lively rowdy romp! You can read it singing along to the tune of the song or just read it however you want.The illustrations are lovely, they have a slightly old fashioned feel. My son loves the Ahlberg books like Peepo etc so I'm really happy to have found something else he likes.

Meine Kinder haben dieses Buch sehr gern gehabt. Vor allem die Illustrationen kamen sehr gut an. This version is very old, but I think it's the best. The illustrations are lovely
