Very good for dumpling sauce
I use this and mix it with dumpling daughter sauce 1:1 (basically sugary oil with some spice) then throw some soy sauce in there, depending on which one I'm using (gold plum currently, not the best very salty) probably 1 part of this 1:2:2 with the others Best sauce I've every had. This is also good adding to dishes, bit balsamic-y.

Food tasting dark vinegar and healthy
The vinegar and a great taste. If I can describe the taste I would say earthy, woody, malty with a umami backbone with slightly sweet undertone and it's healthy. Great value for the money. No leakage and it comes package incredibly well. Quality is a 9. Good versatility for many food types.

A household favorite
This dark vinegar has such a nice smooth Smoky flavor, perfect for vegetables, marinades, salad dressings and stir fries. I was definitely surprised how well the product was packaged. I was concerned that I would have vinegar all over the place. The product came in a timely manor and is a good quality. I will definitely be buying this product again.

Wow! Zippy Chinese Black Vinegar!
Fermented, aged and blended this vinegar has been pampered for years to get this unique flavor. Expensive. But there’s another one that’s even more expensive that’s aged longer! I got this for a for an Szechuan Eggplant recipe and it did the job wonderfully.
