Great smooth cream that softens stubble for a great shave
This is my second tube of the Beast shave cream. I absolutely love the scent! I use just a small dab of cream and it lathers my entire face. Donβt use too much. You only need a small amount because it goes a long way.I have pretty sensitive skin and have no issues with the Beast shave cream. I shave every day and it leaves my face soft and smooth.

Smooth Shaving
I wasn't sure if I would like this new (for me) shaving cream, as I was used to the sandalwood cream from them which has been discontinued. I was pleasantly surprised, right off I liked the smell it's fresh without being too sharp it's nice and masculine. Secondly, I like the texture of the cream its soft and smooth and not too thick. Lastly, I like the squeeze bottle its cleaner with no mess. All in all, I'm very happy with the new product.

Decent Shave, Weird Texture
My feelings on this shaving cream are mixed. It does a decent job of conditioning the skin during a shave (akin to Gillette gel in quality) but I'm having a hard time getting over the aroma and texture. The instructions on the tube simply state to lather then shave. Lather? Not possible when your texture is nearly identical to sun tan lotion. You read that right and it's worth repeating: Sun tan lotion. It never gets thick or lather-y in any way. It's just kind of oily and greasy. Can't say I like it. The aroma leaves something to be desired as well. It's not quite natural, with a petroleum-like quality to it. Thankfully it's mild.I may use this til it's gone, but unless I find some new revelation about this product (which I would update here) I won't be buying another bottle.

It's complicated
This is a tiny 3oz tube of Blue Beast shaving cream. I only needed a nickel size for my face and neck. It smells nice and very intense. It does not foam into a lather. At all. Not even a little. It goes on like lard. You know, slimey, slippery, greasy and gross. It takes some coaxing to rinse the "lard" off the razor and the drops that land in the sink. After washing the residue off my face, it felt very slick and oily, but very soft and smooth. Although a really nice close shave. I washed my face again in the shower to get it off. Spoiler alert: the black tube of Blue Beast shaving cream is....... pastel pink!?! I just don't get it. I'm not sure I'll use it again since I think this will build up and clog my sink drain. It is travel size, so I'll keep it in my luggage to use when vacationing. It works well, but overall an expensive, silly shaving option.

The best shave cream I have ever used
An absolutely perfect shave cream - made for today's range of razors. The minty tingle refreshes the skin and adds the perfect surface for a knick-free shave. The essential oils make the perfect companion for Beast Aftershave Cream.

A bit clumpy
Nice product but not that smooth as a lather. A bit to clumpy. Adding water helps

A pretty good shaving cream with a nice scent and medium "slickness"
I've tried all sorts of shaving creams and oils, and I have found that I generally prefer creams in tubes, as they're not too foamy (like aerosol dispensed creams) and they're slicker than something like a shaving oil. My normal cream is Proraso, which is a very good inexpensive cream that is pretty good, but smells like an old barber shop (my least favorite part of the cream).Compared to my normal cream, I would say this is a little less slick (which might matter for people who don't like a lot of friction when shaving), and has a nicer, "younger" scent. I like it, it's a good shaving cream. It is on the pricey side though, as it's almost 3X more per ounce than Proraso. In the end, I think for most people (who don't have sensitive skin), whether this is a good shaving cream usually comes down to two criteria, scent and glide (slickness).Personally, I really like the smell, it's a little strong (but not overpowering), but has a nice, refreshing air to it.On the glide criterion, it's "medium". Proraso feels slicker, or more slippery when using the same razor, and the shaving oils I've used have way more skin friction than this cream.I personally think this is a good (albeit pricey) cream, but you will want to consider your own preferences on those two criteria. The Good Parts- Nice scent, but might be strong for some people. It's definitely a more pleasant scent than my normal cream (Proraso), which smells like "old man shaving cream"- Seems fine for people who do NOT have sensitive skin - I encountered no irritation- Has a "lotiony, soapy lather" - creamy/lotiony type, not an aerosol lather type of latherHit or Miss- To me, the lather isn't very "slick", so depending on your razor, you may or may not like how it glides on your face.- If you like a heavy lathering cream, this isn't for you- More expensive than my normal cream (ProRaso)- I didn't get a cooling sensation from using this, your mileage may vary. Some people might like this, others may not.- This is going to sound incredibly trivial, but I really like how the ingredients lists "water" as the main ingredient, and not a euphemism like "aqua" like everyone else. It's refreshing to see that Beast isn't trying to insult my intelligence.

Washes off my razor cleanly; a great shaving cream
I love Beast products, and I'm always happy to try new shaving creams, so this one got me excited. This cruelty-free shaving cream is free of a lot of the chemicals you tend to find in cheap, commercial products: no parabens, no sulfates, no phthalates, no synthetic color, no petroleum, etc.As with other Beast branded products, this one comes in a black tube with the clean and minimal product details under the bold red and white Beast logo. There is a security wrapper on the lid, which is easy to remove. This shaving cream is very easy to dispense and while I tend to only lather with my hands, it doesn't lather as much as I was hoping. But what it does do is wash off my safety-razor with ease - much better than other shaving creams I've used. The scent is swayed towards eucalyptus and when it's on your skin it does feel tingly and cool. I tend to have sensitive skin, and this shaving cream does not cause any irritation, which is awesome! At nearly $14, depending on how long this product lasts (and does seem to require very little to get the job done) I'm on the fence to say whether this is a good value or not. Certainly, any of the most natural products will command a higher price, and Beast makes some of the best, so I can personally justify this cost.

Love this shaving cream
I have used many different product from this brand and I am always impressed with high quality of their products. Beast Blue Shaving Cream is no exception. Almost $14 for a small tube feels like a lot but it is very thick and creamy and you only need a little. It is not foamy and it is more like creamy and I am used to with this kind of creams. They make razor move smoothly and safely. Like most Beast product scent is big highlight. It is heavenly. It is very noticeable not overpowering and annoying.I also like the fact that it is free from nasty chemicals such as Parabens, Sulphates and synthetic colours and infused with natural ingredients like Aloe, Shea and green Tea.Overall, I love this shaving cream.
