Sturdy Exercise Equipment
Well built, mostly metallic frame with a leather/pleather seat cushion and a sort of grip composite material for the handles. Setting up probably took about two hours or more for one person. I did not find that it required a second person to hold equipment in place while ratcheting and tightening an assortment of bolts. I'm 265 lbs and the completed frame and seat cushion is supportive with minimal- to-no perceivable creaking or lack of sturdiness. There is a variable weight system accessible from the handle, and you can set the machine to much lighter weights for cardiovascular or heavier for strength training. The handles offer four different hand positions for muscle focusing on different areas of the back, lats, biceps, forearms, and the leg system offers a really decent quads and gluts workout. About the only thing that it does not have, which I'm not too disappointed about, is a nice digital video workout system. Like rowing through waterways, etc. The "panel" is kind of minimalist, and I don't use it at all. I think that it is supposed to show information about reps, calories, and heartbeat with a supplied BPM wrap-around chest monitor. This machine is strong enough that so you can only do about “rowing” reps even if you are recently fit, or I can get about 10-15 minutes or more at the lower weight cardio settings. It's kind of simplistic overall, yet the rowing motion is pleasant to work with. Nice almost-full body workout, but I still find that I also like treadmill and weights as an addition to this machine.

It’s an “elliptical rower”???
I row for about 30 - 45 minutes a day no problem. Using this after 20 minutes and I can feel my muscles getting sore (as long as you use it with the correct body posture); the Teeter app also gives you good workouts to motive and keep track of routine exercises and progress.Assembly was a bit daunting but had clear instructions. Even after all pieces where tighten and secured, after 5-6 uses, you can hear pieces making noises so do not expect this thing to be quiet, although I have to say it’s quite sturdy and did not feel it was going to break at all.Good product so far and works most muscles at the same time. For those who like rowing, this product will take some getting used to. I cannot say it completely replaces a rowing machine, but it’s definitely something that can supplement rowing. What I do enjoy the most is the room spaces it takes, it’s not much; it’s a bit wide, so if you are thinking it of moving it room to room, make sure you assemble it in the room you are thinking of working out.

Great for abs and arms
Somewhat of a pain in the ass to get those 1st 2 pieces put together because they were a hair uneven. But once I got those pieces put together the rest was easy. It does have quite a few parts but not very difficult to put together. I found that when you push forward on the machine you're working your arms in your back. When you're pulling down the actual rowing motion change it focuses on your chest and arms. It doesn't work hard on your knees at all. 15 minutes on this thing you get a great workout.

No Disappointments
I've had my Power 10 Since December. Pros: I was impressed with how easy it was to assemble and the sturdiness of the machines build. I use the Teeter Move app to guide me through the routines and have a few favorite coaches which make my workouts work for me. The routines are usually 10 minutes in length targeting specific muscle groups both pushing and pulling. With multiple grip positions I get a full workout so it's easy to stay focused and can easily get 3 to 4 routines completed in the morning for a 40-minute workout. The resistance is quite good, I haven't advanced to the next level of resistance as I'm focused on using the correct form until it becomes second nature. The movement is very fluid once you get the hang of the push/pull. Changing direction is a bit of a challenge and can throw off the rhythm when trying to keep up with the instructor, it takes practice. It's been a little over a month since I started using this, I haven't been very consistent with my routine, however I've been using this approximately 3 days a week for 30 minutes and I'm seeing and feeling results, which has motivated me to be more consistent for daily use.Cons: The phone holder is positioned too low for my taste, keeping your head down when following the instructor as opposed to facing straight which is more natural. Also, the holder doesn't allow the phone to be placed in landscape rotation if you desire to view the app in full screen resulting in a smaller view of the video.Overall: This is a great machine to keep in shape, good for cardio, arms, abs, chest and legs. I haven't explored some of the exercises in the app which claim to target specific muscles so I'm looking forward to my daily routines with vigor. Hope this has been helpful.
