Recommend a size up
When I first got the Gi, I was pretty impressed by the quality for a gi this cheap. I had some concerns, being that they don’t mention the type of weave of the material, as I am a bigger guy who lives in a place where it’s warmer 9 months out of the year and I heat up. As I was concerned it did warm up pretty quick when I put it on in my house, but most cheap gis do that.It fit well out of the box, sizing was similar to other a4 gis. Popped it in the wash, following the instructions and hung dry as I do all my gis, and took it to class not thinking much about it, to find it no longer fit. The pants were so tight I worried about splitting them, and the jacket was much harder to close up. If I had to put a number on it it was like a 25% shrink on the first wash. The pants and jacket prior to washing fit just like all my other gis prior to wash, so I figured it would wash to the same. Though StarPro has said they will send me another gi and told me to keep the current one. So good customer service on that side.

Affordable lightweight gi
I'm 5'4" and 120lbs and the A1 is just a bit big. As someone who's been training jiu-jitsu for 4 years I've been through a couple gi's, and was skeptical when finding such a cheap gi. The gi is a sturdy material that's lightweight and great for warmer environments. I also love the inside lining of the top for being a smooth material that helps againsy rubbing. My only complaint for the the product would be that the gi top runs long in the waist, but that may be just a style choice; other than that I would definitely recommend this gi for beginners who need an affordable starter gi.

Great Fitting Gi
7/25/22: Just got the Gi in the mail today. I am 5’11” at around 175 pounds. I normally wear a size A2 in my Gi’s but for this brand I did a size down (A1) and it fits perfectly. The pants are not baggy like most of my previous Gi’s. They still have room to move in. The Gi is really light yet appears and feels to be durable. I will be wearing this Gi to a few of my training days so I can leave a more real review on how it feels and how it holds up while being used for it’s purpose. Please standby for that addition.I personally am not a huge fan of branding. This Gi has the branding everywhere (see pics). You have it on the pants, front left thigh, the kimono has it both front left chest and a large patch on the back bottom of the kimono. The other branding I actually like, it adds a nice touch to the Gi as a whole, which is the ribbon like branding that is around every pant cuff and every sleeve cuff as well as the whole bottom of the kimono. Overall I am satisfied with this Gi, I wish they would leave the other large branding out of the design, that is truly my only dislike.Update: The Gi was nice to roll in. It was comfortable, extremely light weight, and has the inner liner to help with any Gi burn. I would truly recommend this Gi whether your on a budget or not. I feel it’s a premium Gi at an affordable price.

Affordable gi :)
About me:I’m a two-stripe white belt that’s been training hard since late July last year. I prefer nogi. And I’ve only competed in nogi. I’m a woman, 120lbs and about 5’ 5”.About the gi:Starprocombat provided this gi to me, and I feel like that’s important to disclose. The gi is a very affordable option, and honestly, I’d recommend this gi based on price point alone, especially if you’re just starting out. The company is pretty nice too. I got the blue one in A0. The pants fit perfect. The top, not so much. I felt like a little kid in a game of dress up. While rolling, I felt like I was drowning in my own collar. But this is the smallest size. And it’s not 100 percent cotton, so I can’t shrink it. Which could also be a bonus if this gi ends up fitting you perfectly. For my fellow smaller humans, maybe look elsewhere. The nitty gritty:This comes with a lil drawstring bag, gi pants, and the gi top. It’s very lightweight and durable. Albeit, since it isn’t 100% cotton, it feels a little plasticy. I’m not a fan of the rip stop in the knees, since compared to other gis, it felt lacking. But it seems to hold up well. After washing once, I was hoping the gi would feel softer, but it felt a little like the cloth version of cardboard still. But it held up through some tough rolls, so even though it feels weak, it’s strong as heck! The takeaway:This gi is very affordable and gets the job done. Which is why I rated it four stars. So if you’re starting out or are strapped for cash, go for it.I’ll update this review in about 6 months/year!

Great gi!
I’m a 5’7 130 pound female and went with the A1 gi. The pants fit perfect abs the top was a bit big but a few washes on high heat fixed it. Over all great quality and very comfortable. This is a great budget friendly option!

Astonishingly good for the price
First off, a bit about me. I've been training jiu jitsu for 12 years and have owned about 20 gis. Obviously, I was a bit skeptical when I saw this, but what can I say? This gi is a quarter of the price (if not less) than gis from more well known companies. For that price, I was expecting something cheap and flimsy. What I got instead was the exact opposite. The ripstop pants are soft and comfortable, but well stitched and durable. The top is a lightweight pearl weave and feels very sturdy. The fit is exactly as described in the sizing chart. I'm 5'10" and weigh 175, which is at the top of the A2 sizing. Thankfully it fits perfect. The one very small complaint I have is that the gi sits a bit uncomfortably around my shoulders. However, I don't feel it at all as soon as rolling starts. And for the price, it's such an insignificant issue. I would highly recommend this for any practitioner. Whether it's your main gi, a travel gi, a secondary gi, or if you would just rather buy 3-4 of these instead of spending the same amount on 1 gi from another company, you won't be disappointed.Edit 6 months later: The gi is still holding up great, however, at the time of purchase I paid $30 for this and the above review is based on that price point.

Great gi company
Solid gi for the price. Soft and lightweight I own over 10 gis from different brands prefer this over my others. Cool and minimalist branding, breathable. Def recommended to those who practice BJJ and don’t wana break the bank.

Arrivato senza cintura con la confezione interna aperta
Il prodotto alla fine è un buon GI, peccato che la confezione interna fosse aperta e qualcuno abbia sfilato la cintura bianca normalmente in dotazione
