A refreshing account of the human side of Mcdonald’s!
A truthful, fond and funny view of Macca’s through the lens of a heart-warmingly committed Franchisee, embracing opportunities and challenges in her stride. It is satisfying to feel the 100% heart, soul and integrity that is put behind building her business, while giving so many young people job opportunities, not to mention mentoring!

Throughly enjoyable ride through a working lifetime on the front line of an Australian Maccas store.Makes me wish. I’d worked there with Mich...oh wait I did and loved every minute of it.

Must Read For Anyone Who Works Or Worked At McDonalds!
McDonalds was my very first job and holds so many great memories for me. As one of the first employees of the Fulham Gardens store I found the book transporting me back to good old days at Macca's. Who can forget the $2 dinner meal! After reading the book I feel privileged to have worked for Michelle and did not realise all her achievements.

Michele’s memories are a simple and light read- try it!
Great to read Michele Layet’s personal Macca’s experiences! Gives you a unique perspective on the busy business of McDonald’s Australia and the journey, the people and the politics she encounters. Loved the simple read bringing back fond memories for me when I worked at Maccas Adelaide.
