DAVID ARCHY Mens Modal Boxer Briefs Second Skin Trunks Underwear 3/4/7 Pack

Comfortable, breathable and fit well. Good for the price. Mine are slightly loose but I worry the next size down might be a little tight. Not sure about durability but it seems to be a good buy.

I was skeptical about the price, the design and even balked and laughed " Who...and what in the world..." After "trying" them What indeed... ! Gents... these are probably among some of the nicest designs out there for us. And honestly, if the guys aren't happy you aren't happy. (And for the ladies out there laughing: just two words "Sports Bra" for the well endowed who maybe wishing to be a little less endowed for the sake of better fit, comfort, public safety,performance and affordability that looks as good as it feels.. or visa versa...) I can say these ARE the nicest and most comfortable and, oddly enough, durable in washer and dryer pair of underwear that I have had and still have. Don't know what Hands (er uh Hanes ) and Fruit of Doom are doing with their rubber waistbands lately. I like other guys don't have time to worry about shorts that start slipping down while making the rounds, having meetings or walking to and from the car. I am seeing those brands with increasing rotting and drying up of the rubber making them and feeling the most worthless pairs of underwear I've had in the last 3-4 years, they just don't last. I'm not a fashion follower and have limited knowledge of stardom-designer names but I will say these David Archy's Modal Low Rises are NICE in feel and durability as well as any "required" care, which is basic on my part - nothing special ! My thoughts: Sure I could go waistband-less and be a toga toting loins cloth comfortable kilted Gandhi bounder, ("When in Rome"), but I'm not in the middle or far east now and NEED something to perform well with business or business casual motto - aka dress shirts, slacks and khakis - these David Archy's are the ones for me.. No guy should be expected to wear the likes of big kid's pull-ups and have to give continuous literal hand ups to manage the other brands of failing underwear. The other manufactures need to get back to where they were before their failures started .

I have worn Calvin Klien for a number of years, but unable to find them for the price I bought them for originally off eBay (and yes they were legit in original retail packaging). But they were not the modal version. Plus the bright, pastel colors are not for me. These feel great. Very comfortable and not hot at all. I usually wear a M, so I ordered a M b/c reviews were confusing. Some said order two sizes up, some said order a size smaller (fit is different for everyone). I suggest ordering your normal size. Amazon has already adjusted size chart for the difference. I ordered what I normally wear. I typically wear a 32W and thought I had moved up to a 33. But after measuring my waist, I was depressed to see that I'm actually a 35. But the M still fits fine without cutting into my waist. The waist band is small compared to the CK's and I thought it would cut into my waist, but it didn't. Another 1/4-1/2 in would be nice and more grip. It's rather slick. They don't really ride up, but I believe b/c the material is sleeker, that it may ride up with some. You will have this issue with most of the short trunks b/c of the cut and material. When you sit down it tends to cause them to ride up b/c of the resistance put on the material. Longer ones won't do this b/c there's more surface area to grip the thighs.The crotch pocket is a little too roomy for me. The CK's fit snug, but comfortably. I can also tell that the stitching that runs down the middle of the crotch where it's double backed tends to cause an abnormal crease/bulge to that area after washing that causes them not lay flat. Maybe a poor choice on the stitch pattern or how the aligned the material. I don't have the CK modals to compare, but my other CK's didn't do this. They were primarily cotton though. But for the price and overall quality I am happy. Not sure how long they will last as I'm trying to take care of them like delicates. My CK's lasted almost 5 years until the elastic finally degraded. Look at the pics below and see what the size says. U.S. and European sizes are different, but The sizing chart seemed to work out. Even though I technically should be in a large, I believe they would be too loose in the crotch and around my legs. These worked out fine and I would order another set if they continue to hold up and stay at this price point. **UPDATE 5/7/16 ** Just thought I would give an update on these amazing trunks. I will DEFINITELY be buying more. They feel great and have held up well. No holes, tears, broken elastic, etc. I just wish the pouch was made different so that the stitching would not double up and create excessive bulging. You cannot be the price though! Thanks David Archy for making a great, affordable product. Calvin Klein is way overpriced.

A friend of mine's son told him, "Hey dad, dump the old man white underwear. Get some new skivvies. They're really different now." While at first resistant, my friend found out that his son was right and mentioned it to me. So I went on the hunt for new underwear. There used to be just a few brands. Now there's a plethora of underwear brands. Plus, to add to the confusion, there are many more styles and colors. There are briefs, boxers, boxer briefs and trunks. You can get every color of the rainbow, plus camouflage. I don't like the cut of most briefs. They're too tight. Boxers are comfortable but too often they ride or bunch up on me. I have to stuff a wad of the boxer fabric in my jeans. Then you can get into G-string thongs, bag thongs, transparent briefs and "party" underwear which are all more bedroom casual than business casual. In short, instead of going for the pink lace, see-through, bulge-pouch bikinis to wear with my Tuxedo, I opted to get the David Archy Men's Pouch Trunk 4 Pack Micro Modal Low Rise underwear. I'm glad I did. These are really nice trunks that feel great. Very comfortable. Love the fabric. (I did order one size larger than I normally wear.) Lastly, let's talk prices. I was shocked to see some underwear prices. Hermes Woven boxers sell for a whopping $500 a pair. Oakley and Frigo will set you back $100 a pair. Tani is around $75. Whoa there, I can get a 3-pack of Calvins at Costco for $18. Also, for those prices shouldn't we be charging those companies an advertising fee for wearing their name-band elastic around our waists? For me, at around $25 for a 4-pack, David Archy underwear is a no brainer. You can test run a lot of underwear for this price. The MicroModal fabric is from Lenzing in Austria and manufacturing is in China. The same Chinese company is probably making a lot of the higher priced brands. Oh, and by the way, who is David Archy? What a mystery. Do you suppose he is best friends with Dos Equis' most interesting man in the world?

I needed something to sleep in that was comfortable, soft, cool, wicked away sweat , not too tight but still wearable during the daytime. Tried these and they fit the bill for what I was looking for. It may not be for you if you're looking for great support. It is not very supportive for larger guys but that is what I wanted, some room around the pouch after they stretched out. These do stretch out after a short time wearing so it will be an experiment for some who may want to go down a size for a tighter feel. They are almost as good as my Tommy Johns but looser in the legs and may ride up more often. Waistband on the size large ordered, has a good width and not too snug for my 36 inch waist. Satisfied with the purchase.

These briefs are amazingly comfortable. Modal should be the standard fabric when it comes to making underwear! These are breathable, fit wonderfully and feature a pouch that allows for your parts to rest in front of the rest. There is not a completely separate part for your junk like in some briefs, it’s more like extra fabric shaped to cup it. It is truly so comfortable. My only gripe is that these briefs are short, so if you have a weight lifting dumpy you may want to consider grabbing the pair that is slightly longer.

These are comfortable and they fit well, and they seem to be holding up well. But I am knocking off one star because of the tags. The tear-away tags are no problem, but there is still a tag in addition to that one, and I can feel it too often for my taste. I took off another because the "legs" are really, really short, to the point where, at last on my body, these might as well be briefs. The legs sometimes ride up, but they are tight enough that they don't come back, and so I find myself reaching into my shorts legs and pulling them down a bit so they don't bunch up and squeeze my thigh. I have a feeling in a different style, these would be great. I was looking for a boxer brief for an average to athletic body which would not hang out of my hiking shorts (I like shorts to end above my knee), but these definitely take it to the opposite extreme.

Man best underwear I’ve ever owned. I wish I had found these years ago. What a difference.!!

I bought my husband David Archy trunks a few years ago and now he won't wear and thing but. And he looks SO GOOD in them :P

Normal underwear. Just NOT low rise at all. They fit like normal comfortable underwear.
