Decent size for the price.
Is expected it to be as pictured. I feel if the diamonds were any bigger it would look fake. The dainty but sizeable diamonds are beautiful. Not a piece to wear daily.

My Wife was elated to receive this necklace.
The colors are dazzling. Very bright and brilliantSet in the sterling silver. The only disappointment is with the display. It came In a vanilla colored presentation box. I added black ribbon to dress it up. It provided the WOW factor!

Cloudy diamond on front
Overall, I did like this necklace. The biggest diamond on the front was very very cloudy and it bothered me. It didn’t match the other diamonds. I ultimately sent this back. Such a shame that just one of the diamonds ruins the whole look. I couldn’t get past it. The other diamonds were darker, but shiny and had great sparkle. I even sent the company a message asking if all the necklaces were like this and they said yes; basically all the necklace had this cloudy diamond up front. Ugh just really too bad :(

My wife wears it every day...
It came a day early. I had bought it for Christmas, but gave it to her right away because I didn't want her not to have it immediately. Additionally, the box it arrived in was very nice; something I would have expected in a much more expensive piece. It made her happy, and that's what I was going for, so I have declared victory for this holiday season.

Inferior Product and Poor Customer Service - Spend Your Hard Earned Dollars Elsewhere!!!!
I bought this diamond tennis necklace for my wife last January. She hasn't had many chances to wear it during COVID, since it's primarily suited for more formal events. The first couple times she wore it we had some trouble with the clasp. We could see the quality of the clasp mechanism was poor. This Christmas when she wore it the clasp broke.Today, I contacted Ross Simons, the jeweler, by phone and asked them if I could return it to be repaired. When they heard I bought it through Amazon, they said I'd have to return it to Amazon, "but don't worry it won't be a problem." After some difficulty, I found Amazon's policy was only to accept a return on this item for 30 days. I called back Ross Simons to explain Amazon would not accept the return and could I please ship it back to them for repair. After being put on hold for a very long time, they came back on to say, "there is nothing we can do for you. I told them I didn't understand why they wouldn't stand by their product. All I wanted was to have it repaired. I said you can have a good customer for life, or someone who will warn others about your inferior products and poor customer support.By the way, this is what they say on their website about Returns & Exchanges: "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed! We're committed to providing you with great customer service and making a return as easy as possible. That's our promise to our customers!"DON'T BELIEVE IT FOR A SECOND!!!

Second broken Ross Simmons piece
Got wife tennis bracelet from these folks that had kink in it from day one, and eventually broke. It was covered, shipped it back and they fixed and had it back to us quickly, good experience. Then got her this necklace, which broke at the 7 month mark, but no luck with repair this time. Seems the policy has changed. They have protection plans now, but this is new. My wife is careful with her stuff, the thing just broke, under a year they should fix it. On the fence with using them again.
