Love it
Feliway is very expensive in Hong Kong, so I always buy it from Amazon. It’s excellent for multi-cat households, it noticeably reduces stress and conflicts between our cats. Highly effective and worth it!

This Works!!!
The Feliway calming diffuser has made such a positive change in my home with three cats. Two of the three are brothers. Often, their playing leads to aggression. I tried the diffuser and immediately noticed a calmness that never existed before. No more spats or upset. When the diffuser empties, i can predict when the negative behavior returns and I replace the refill immediately. I could not recommend more highly!! There is no scent or leakage ever. So easy to use! Plug in and when empty order a refill. Use with original purchase.

Less anxious cats
Great product for anxious cats or multiple cat household. I believe these do work and do what they say.

I would recommend these if you have more than one cat and one or more are aggressive.
We have a really cute shelter kitty named by someone else as "Skeeter" because he was sooo skinny when we got him and another wonderful little girl named Pepper. We love them so much, but we discovered when we started feeding them well and as much as they needed, that they both grew a fair amount. He doubled in size (or maybe tripled - he is much larger - ha!), and we discovered that she is not a short haired kitty. Unfortunately, he is the ultimate alpha-male, and he kept wrapping her. Enter the Feliway! It is a pheromone-based substance and people cannot smell it. However, it works wonderfully well. I use them in various rooms - my office, the bedroom, and the den, where he usually is. It works amazingly well, and I can tell when they run out. They are quiet and offer a green light to let you know they are on. I think they are well worth the money considering how it keeps little girl much safer. I would recommend these if you have more than one cat and one or more are aggressive. He's not mean, just a male with lots of testosterone even though he is fixed - ha!

I believe it worked!
We have a pair of 6 month old kittens from the same litter who are closely bonded. They are great friends and love to play together. We had recently had the male neutered. He had recently recovered, and been released from his "cone of shame" when we had his sister spayed. She was wearing a soft cone that we had gotten from the vet, so she wouldn't be able to get at her incision. We were told by the vet that her activity had to be very restricted for the first several days after her surgery, and, of course, her incision had to be protected. Since she and her brother like to play rough, we figured we would need to keep her separated for at least the first day or two post-surgery, and watch them carefully after that to make sure they didn't get too crazy, and no one got after her incision. Naturally, the evening of the day she had her surgery, when I opened the door where we were confining her to check on her and spend some time visiting, her brother and our older cat both got into her room. I figured I would let them visit her, and see how it went. They were being sweet and calm, and, after the requisite sniffing was out of the way, they just kind of hung out in the room with us. (Her brother didn't appear disturbed by the cone, and even groomed her face a bit. He didn't act at all weird around her, or like he didn't know her.) At bedtime, of course, my husband and I had to remove the other cats from our girl's room, since we couldn't really supervise them while we were sleeping, and she still needed to be activity-restricted. We already had a couple of Feliway diffusers, one with the Optimum formula, and one with the Classic formula, since we had had to separate the boy for a bit both before and after his neutering, which made no one happy. Sometime during the night, the girl had gotten her soft cone inverted, so it was kind of down around her shoulders instead of around her head. Her brother completely freaked out when he saw her that morning at breakfast. He hissed and looked big and acted like we had a strange cat in the house. It was really weird. I thought maybe it was because the cone was inverted, so I flipped it up so that it was back around her head, like it had been the evening before. Nope. He was still treating her like she was a stranger and a threat. I had a recovery suit I had purchased for her, so we put that on her and took the cone off, to see if it made any difference. No joy; he was still being weird, and we were concerned he might hurt her, so we had to separate them again. We tried periodically letting them interact again to see if he would get over it. Still no joy. By the evening of the second day, I was very concerned. He was not "getting over it". He actually hid under the bed during playtime and treat time that evening. She seemed to have her feelings hurt that her brother was treating her this way, and her seemed very anxious and stressed. (He is already an anxious kitty - thus the other Feliway diffusers we already had running.) I decided I needed to try the Feliway Multicat formula to see if it might help. Of course, I realized this an hour too late to pick up a vial at my local pet supply store, but I was able to order one on Amazon for delivery the next morning. The package came on time, and, shortly after I got up, I brought it in, and plugged in the Multicat vial. Over the course of the day, our boy seemed to gradually calm down. I wouldn't say he was interacting with his sister normally yet, but he was not acting like he was afraid of her, or treating her like a stranger, any longer. As long as we had to separate them at night or when we were out, he would be weird again for a few minutes when they were together again in the morning, but he would get over it pretty quickly. We're now a week out from her surgery, and, even though she's still in the recovery suit for a few more days, her brother is back to treating her like a member of the family, and not like we brought some kind of alien in the house. Sanity has been restored. I knocked a star off on value for money because the refill vials are expensive, almost as expensive as buying a new diffuser kit. I don't think the refill vials should be that expensive. It doesn't provide much incentive to buy a refill, vs. throwing away the diffuser and just buying a new kit when you need one. Not very economical, nor environmentally friendly, Feliway. I would have knocked off a couple of stars on value for money, but Amazon was offering the vial at a discounted price, and the product did work. These products are expensive, and I hope not to need them indefinitely, but, they did help us and our kitties get through a crisis.

Doesn’t really work with our cat but perhaps will with yours
Honestly, it’s hard to tell how much this product helps calm our cat. She is a “wallflower”.. very shy around strangers.. so, when we know someone is coming for an extended visit, or we have to take her to the vet, we plug it in a few days beforehand in the hopes of calming her. Her behavior really doesn’t change that much though (certainly she will not stay in the room with strangers). Perhaps it’s just that this scent doesn’t affect her that much, but there’s a lot of reviews that give rave reviews. So, just like any cat toy that some cats love and other cats don’t give them the time of day, be prepared that maybe this brand will work for your kitty, or maybe it won’t (in which case just keep looking). Just don’t have expectations that it is guaranteed to work.

Work great!
These work great as long as I keep them filled! We have five house cats and these have been super helpful in getting them to chill out.

Like Magic
I've been using this for about a year and it's helped tremendously in helping my cats get along, fewer eliminations outside of the litter boxes, and one cat stopped licking itself bald. Well worth buying monthly.
