Delicious and Great Quality!
We are enjoying these green peppercorns. They are not always easy to find and I was so happy to find this company. My family enjoys the flavor of green peppercorns over other peppers. It is brighter and not as sharp with Great Flavor! My mom used to make steak with green peppercorn sauce on special occasions. Now we can enjoy green peppercorns with All of our dishes!!

Very fresh
Nice spicey flavor for pepper corn sauces or just adding to other things. Also mixes with black and red pepper corns as a milder flavoring.

Great pepper corns
Package arrived when stated and great condition. Believe it or not we grind the peppercorn very finely, mix with Cinnamon and Ginger in a 3 parts Cinnamon, 1 part Ginger and 1 part Pepper and add 2 teaspoons the coffee grounds in our drip coffee maker. This adds a real nice touch of spice to the coffee

A Different Tasting Peppercorn
The recipe for Steak Au Poivre said green peppercorns, and I had trouble sourcing them locally. They do have a different taste than black peppercorns and added a nice quality to the dish. They also worked well with venison steaks on the grill. There were less expensive options, but this vendor offered the quickest delivery.

Hands down Fresh and Flavorful
I prepared a recipe that I had not made in years due to never seeing green peppercorns in any local stores. I found them on Amazon and yup, the real deal, scrumptious, great value and good amount in handy resealable pouch. I'll kick in a sixth ⭐

Green Peppercorns
I don't like black pepper and white pepper can be too much but green peppercorns are perfect. I have a pepper grinder and a salt grinder so I can control both. Yum. I also sell spice mixes at the local farmers market. I have steady customers.

Nice Green Pepper!
Didn't know what to expect, but these peppercorns give a nice "bite" to all I've used them for! I think they add a nice peppery 'heat," (not jalapeno heat!!), but a good black pepper heat, but with a slighter, fruitier flavor. I've been grinding these pepper corns with ground green pepper powder and the flavors work well and give an Awesome taste to Everything! Will buy again!!!
