It does the job as subscribe, i feel my muscle of my neck get free. But the first time as i use it get bit paint after massage, the next day my neck feel free and not paint anymore. It great for use at home or office due it build rechargeable battery, no need to plug power cable to operate. Furthermore it come with fabric cover can be wash when it get dirty. One disappointed is only one size, my friend who had big neck not fit in for the product.

Extremely uncomfortable. It was heavy and cumbersome. It was painful to use, I don’t have any neck or back problems and just wanted it for relaxation. I would be careful if you have any neck or back pain or injury. Awful. Returned for a refund.
