Saturated 10 scent pads each with Coyote and Wolf Pee so I had one less than a foot apart from each other, so 20 of them on my small Hydrangea. Applied at 9pm, no rain, by 6am the next morning, over half the green Hydrangea blooms were eaten by deer, even the ones with a scent pad attached to the bloom! Deer hadn't come near my Hydrangea this year..., until I put these scent pads all over it, this horrible product actually ATTRACTS deer!!
