I do have to say I think some of the other posted reviews are not real. They are written about the same time and have the same broken English. Overall, it took some time to get used to this as the instructions were not clear, there is no max fill line as the instructions say there is and the temp is in °C. I did stick it out and am glad I did. The price was very nice and it works great and cleans easily. You basically just hit the function button until it is on the mode you want and then you can set the time but it automatically sets the recommended time for you. There is no button to confirm you made the choice it just starts on its own after a few seconds. You’ll like it, just might be frustrated at first like I was.

got it for my cousin and she love said that really makes her life easier and warms up in the perfect temperature is easy to clean and comes with the tools to clean it up so you can always make sure you're baby is safe and getting a on time warm bottle

The warmer is complicated to use. What the heck is distilled water the only one recommended to use? I was disappointed that the manual only gave directions to defrost milk that is in a bottle and NOT in a plastic bag. I am disappointed with the purchase and the basic instructions that aren’t helpful to new moms. When I filled it with bottled water and waited it to heat up the milk, I was confused whether the temperature that it was indicating was for the milk or for the water. The warmer is just lying in the house unused.

My sister has recently had a baby, so I thought bottle sterilizer would be a great investment. This product has 6 different functions so far, you could even boil and heat up bottles up to 4 oz. It has all necessary functions that needed for an infant baby, and later you could use it for toddlers as well. If you use your device every day than you will want to descale with vinegar once a week. Just make sure if you can sterilize certain kind of baby bottles, because it doesn't take a lot of time to warm up the breast milk. LED screen allows you to modify the temperature ("defrost" t should be lower, than "warming up" t). Every baby bottle sterilizer requires washing and rinsing to prevent soap buildup. Since it's plastic you don't have to worry about rust though. Overall, my sister is very happy and I'm glad :)

So using it every couple hours for the past months straight the product is broken. I’m disappointed! Water started collecting inside the touch pad/control panel...yes inside the panel. It’s all messed up now.

I sterilized bottles for my baby using this product. Its very easy to use and perform an auto shutoff when it completes. Don't have to stand and wait for water to boil anymore :)Very compact in size and can sterilize around 2 bottle together. Bottle warmer functionality also works perfectly well.I will surely recommend this product to all moms.

The “warmer” setting makes the milk or water way too warm to give to my child. My fiancé lost the instructions and I can’t find them online so idk if I can change the temp for that setting. But works great for sterilizing bottles
