Slippery tile walkway no more!
We bought a small place that had an outdoor slippery, long porcelain tile walkway. The previous owners actually had a nasty long black rubber matin the front yard to avoid slipping. On a rainy morning, I slipped on the tile and fell, luckily only broke my toe. That was enough to look forsomething to fix the situation permanently. I had used Miracle's tile impregnator on our home and saw this anti-slip product. Followed the directions and sure enough, after one application, no more slipping! I can actually hear my shoes squeak on the porch and walkway. I think it covered about 400 sf with this one bottle, a little goes a long way! I will do this on a regular basis from now on to ensure no more slips and falls in the future. Also, absolutely no difference in the way the tile looks, did not darken or change the tile in any way.

We bought a house where someone had decided to lay tile in the back patio adjacent to the pool (about 500 sq ft). I used two bottles of this product and applied two coats with a 3/4" nap paint roller and wiped in between with a plain white towel. I did the whole area in about 2 hrs. It has definitely decreased the slip factor a lot but not 100%, you still need to be careful when it's wet.

AWESOME product! I was looking for this at my local big box store to no avail. I ended up getting it and applied 2 coats to porcelain tile leading to my patio. I can tell a MAJOR difference with wet shoes after coming in from outside. It will not make your feet stick to it, but reduces slippage and there is no noticeable "tackiness" to the product after it dries. I have another quart and will be using this in my bathroom soon.

Works as an excellent non slip agent, but ruins the shine on the tile and causes streaking
We recently laid porcelain tile in our living room. It had a shiny finish but was very slippery. We tried the 511 formula. It did work to prevent slipping. However, there are terrible streaks and the shine is worn off. I tried re-applying the product and wiping quickly to remove excess, but the streaks are still there. I am very disappointed in this product. It ruined the look of our new floor.
