Missing pieces ... not as described.
Quality is very good... however the description says 4 sets. My sets were incomplete which can be very frustrating if they were ordered with a project that needs all of the sets I purchased. I got 4 of most letters... however I did not receive any "M" letters and 3 "k" 3"W" I did however get 8 "N" letters. I will not be able to complete my project 🙄

Love them with all my heart, but WISH WISH I could buy individual letters! I put my initials on my bags - they happen to be A and E which are very common letters, so I do ok, but it's a lot of letters to buy for just using two! I've tried numerous other single letter companies, but nothing compares to the quality and beauty of these. If anybody know how to buy them singly - please let me know!
