Having "weathered" Coronavirus "Lock-Down Mk. I" utilizing bodyweight and free weights, with "Lock-Down Mk. II" looking inevitable, I was keen to find a set of resistance bands to add to my home workout routine. With so many options to choose from on amazon.co.uk, it was difficult to decide which of the many sets on the marketplace to purchase... However, decided to "take a punt" on this set and, further to having done so, cannot rate the set highly enough. Offering excellent value for money, the bands in question are durable; the grips are of very decent quality, and the clips of the same standard you would find in the Gym. The wealth of different exercises you can embark upon with these bands is tremendous, making them versatile and, in my view, an essential piece of kit to complement any well-thoughout workout regimen.

With lockdown measures and gyms being closed I have been using these to stay in shape and keep the muscles working. Great bands seem strong and durable.Depending on what your goals are these can provide a full body workout however more the more serious gym goer they will only get you so far.Great product if you don’t have the space for dumbbells and a bench

The resistance exercise bands were very good. They are very easy to use and came with instructions on how to use them and also how to be safe with them. They also include activities in which you can use the exercise bands to make your workout session enhanced.

You get a lot for your money here and they seem sturdy enough. The handles are useful with other gym equipment also if you a lat machine for example
