This heating pad is a Godsend. I have chronic pain in my low back and piriformis muscle (side glute). Because the sciatic nerve runs through this muscle it causes the symptoms of sciatica. I'm only 5'1" and 115 lbs so this just about covers half of my body. It's a lovely feeling to have such heat radiating onto the painful areas. It feels wonderful on my legs especially after a long day's work. Even having it on my legs helps ease the pain from sciatica.It's a soothing heat - not 'burning' as some heat pads I've used. The 6 settings give plenty of options for your particular need of the moment. And the material is so soft and comfortable. I love that I can put in the washer. It does wash well - just don't put it in the dryer. Lay flat to dry. I love this and would absolutely recommend it. Your body will thank you!

I bought this heating pad to help keep war my feet and improve blood circulation since, due the lockdown, I am spending a lot of time sitting on my pc for work.The pad is excellent - it's made of this super-soft velvet-like fabric and gives a super silky feel on the skin. I had a previous pad which had a horrible rope like feel.This does NOT have that and feels very natural. In terms of features, it's a nice basic heating pad.Key features that people might be interested in -Cable length - from the plug to the controller about 80 inches - about 6.5 feet. If you include the controller and the short cable after it - about 10 feet longreal dimensions as measured by me - 33 inches long and 17.5 inches wide.The controller is nice and compact and feels well built. The buttons feel nice and clicky. I feel this pad will last for a long time! Great buy.

With COVID-19 restrictions still in place for a lot of businesses, I am no longer able to receive chiropractic services. Even though they are slowly starting to re-open, I am not 100% comfortable going back. Due to no longer being able to receive adjustments, I knew I needed a better heating pad than the one I had. Therefore, I went for this one, primarily due to its length. At almost 3 feet long, it can cover my entire back, unlike other smaller versions. This is very convenient, because it means I don't have to adjust multiple times in one "session." With 6 levels of heat, I can adjust it to the proper temperature, and it heats up much quicker than other heating pads I own. No complaints with this product!

This heating pad is very large in size and the material is very soft. It is extremely lightweight and very easy to use. The heat doesn't get very high and you have to hold it down to the spot you want it on because it is so lightweight it doesn't stay put. For someone in pain this is not the ideal heating pad BUT it is awesome to use as a mini heating blanket. It will be great in the winter time!

I purchased this particular pad because of the Xlarge size. I’m a larger adult and by the description and pictures it looks xlarge. The size is definitely larger but upon using it I realize that the heat is centered in the middle of the pad and doesn’t extend out to the edges or even close to the edges of the pad which makes the size of the heating ability deceitful. I’m not sure if this one is defective or if that’s just how they are made but I’m hoping for a response from the company to rectify this issue. If the heat only occupies a smaller area then there’s no reason for all the extra material. I’d rather just buy a smaller heating pad. The point of this pad, to me, was to heat a large area of my body.Revised:**Company responded quickly and resolved my issue to my satisfaction. Heating pad get very warm and does have a long cord which is nice. It also had a timer that turns itself off if I fall asleep.I would purchase from this company again. They were very prompt in contacting me when they found out I was having an issue. Awesome customer service.

I am updating my review of the heating pad after receiving information from the seller. They responded very well on the issue and were persistent in making things right. Because of their response, which was honest, timely and professional with resolutions, I am updating my review and star rating. Based on their responses, I would recommend you purchase this heating pad with confidence. If something were to happen, the seller will make it right. That's the best you can ask for when shopping.Original reviewThree months later and it stopped working. Very disappointed. Was a good size and worked good while it lasted.

It worked perfectly and I loved it, but stopped working after 3 months and had a flashing "C" on the remote. The company I purchased the item from responded to me within one day with help. I was told this was due to the power source falling below 60h. However, it has been plugged into the same surge protector that it has been since I purchased it. Now have it plugged directly into the wall and will see if that helps. The company has assured me they will replace it if is a faulty product. Keep in mind it is a very large heating pad. The pictures don't really give you a clear understanding of just how big it is. At first, I thought it might be TOO big, but it is fantastic. Love the product and, so far, the customer service is above and beyond.

I liked this heat pad so much I purchased a second one.
