Great sim-racing gloves
I ordered these because I wanted something more than a mountain bike glove for my sim rig, but not an expensive pair of racing gloves with fire protection, etc. that I wouldn't need for sim racing. These gloves would actually work for driving a real race car as they are nomex and SFI 3.3/5 rated. I am not certain of the specifications on materials that are fireproof or fire resistant, but the material these are made from seem to be what you'd see at a minimum in fire resistant gloves. There is a white layer of materials on the inside, so these are multi-layered.Aside from that, I think these gloves are a great value if you are looking for an authentic feel when driving cars in a simulation environment as they are thicker in the palm than a pair of BMX or MTB gloves by a lot. For the price, I don't see any quality issues at all and these appear to be able to withstand a lot of sim racing abuse within reason. There is a velcro strap at the wrist to allow you to tighten them down a little, but it's meant for tightening around a fire suit, so it won't work unless your wrists are really thick.I purchased size large because I always fit a large glove either in hockey gloves, MTB or BMX, and these fit my hand & fingers perfectly. They are comfortable and don't feel like they bind or pinch my skin. I'll have to update my review if I notice anything different over time. I don't think you could go wrong with these if racing at a budget in a real car, or if you need something for sim racing.

Nice racing performance gloves at a good price.
I read the previous reviews, so I had to also provide my feedback. These gloves fit well for me. I wear men's large for work gloves, winter gloves, and now these. I don't have any issues with fitment or seams causing problems. These are warm for summer racing, but I don't notice after I'm on course. I autocross and do time trials, so the fact that I have reliable grip on the steering wheel and shift knob are the most important aspects for me.I'll be grateful if I ever need the fire protection.

Run a little big
My hands are sized for large on almost all gloves I've ever had, so I ordered large RaceQuip gloves. Slipped them on, and they're a large-large, leaving about half an inch beyond my finger tips. I'm returning them, and ordering medium.

Great glove for a fair price
Picked these up for my first HPDE and they were great. I get sweaty hands when I drive, so these prevented slipping on my leather steering wheel. The "suede" is decently soft and holds a nice grip on a leather wheel, definitely not as grippy was leather gloves, but too much grip isnt a good thing either. Drove for a couple of hours in total with these and they still look new. Comes in a decent plastic bag to store them in (after you let them air out after use of course). For the price, I'm glad I bought them instead of going gloveless like people recommended I do for my first HPDE. As for the SFI 3.3/5 fire rating, I hope to never have to test this out, but I'm glad there is some sort of rating here

Perfect Fit...
First, I am NOT a race driver by profession but I am an enthusiast. I purchased a 2014 Focus ST and had it prepared by ROUSH Racing. They did a fantastic job and I love the thrill of driving my car, although I am 70 years old, I can still enjoy driving my 6 speed turbo speedster. Yes, I guess this qualifies a having a second childhood. All I can say is "Dam the torpedoes, full speed ahead...". I purchased these gloves to give me a little more of that sensation, I couldn't be happier. they feel great and they fit even better. They are a joy to wear.

Exactly as described.
Exactly as desribed.

A bit thick and needs break in
Using these for normal car track days feels a bit overkill, the material is very thick and all the stitching being on the inside feels uncomfortable for people with thicker hands. They feel better after more usage, but these would be great for karting to soak up the vibrations, thinner ones would be better for car racing.

Great gloves
Some people have said these fit larger, I found them to be perfectly sized. The fingers ARE long, but I have long fingers so for me it is nice to find a pair of gloves that actually reach down to the webbing between my fingers. The seems inside are not uncomfortable but could be if your hands are a bit thicker and you were squeezing them into this glove. Sewing and materials appear to be of good quality and seem to wick moisture away from my palms.
