Q: I’ve tried this watery essence/toner twice, and it feels good on my skin. but exactly what is single malt supposed to do?

I have dry/red skin, so I need to layer moisture in my skincare routine. I can't just slather on a thick cream. That doesn't work well for me. This essence is supposed to calm your skin, add the first layer of moisture, and allow your moisturizer to just work better. There is a big difference between this essence and SKii/Fresh Kambucha, I think because of the fermented green tea. Whatever it is, there is a magical ingredient in this one that makes my skin noticeably calm and very soft. If this product didn't exist, I would not use essences. As for anti aging, after two years of use I still look like a 50 year old, but a 50 year old with better skin.
