Clone that’s better priced.
Clone of a clone of a clone. Not sure if one factory over seas is making them all or not, but I can’t tell the difference between this and the Burris or Vortex it copies. In my eyes it’s just as good for half the price.

I hope mine was just a knockoff
Super poor quality for the money. I do NOT recommend! *My model purchased is the TG8100B 3MOA red dotCons:-NO locking windage/elevation as advertised-Poor optic quality-Poor electronics-Blemished from factory-Seems identical to $40 Chinese sights from another online shop!!Allow me to elaborate:I didn’t jump into the Truglo MRDS with high expectations. I already own a Holosun 407C and figured paying $50 less I could expect some less quality. But wow. This isn’t worth any more than $50 TOTAL! I know this because I’ve seen the same quality of optic for a Benjamin less. The electronics are what cause me the most reason for concern. I’ve noticed without dedicating much time to it that if you power down the optic when it’s at its highest brightness, the emitter stays on. No reflections, just a laser emitter that remains turned on.I bought a different MRDS from Bushnell 5MOA for $10 or $20 more than this, and it’s exceptionally superior. Will be initiating my return during Covid-19. Wish me luck.

Great Red Dot
Ordered three of the TRUGLO TRU-TEC Micro Sub-Compact Tactical Open Red Dot Sights and installed them on 3 weapons: Ruger .22/45; Henry lever action .22 and an AR-15. Went to the range and all were shooting 1" from dead center. Easy to adjust for correction. Very lightweight on the Ruger 22/45 and all three weapons were fun to shoot

So far,
So good. Have 1 of these on a PCC rifle and another on a pistol. Limited use on each this far but 0 issues experienced or expected. The price is damn sure right, the TruGlo warranty makes it a no brainier and the fact it uses common Docter mounting pattern which is used by other industry leaders such as EO Tech, Vortex, Burris and others means you should have the ability to mount on most anything. Dot is smart and programmable for certain features which is nice and it's brightness is day light usable and dims way down for low light use but I don't believe it would be NVG compatible. Will update once I've got more rounds run through their corresponding guns but I'm doubtful there will be anything note worthy to report.

Annoying blinking
The optics are of highest quality, but the red dot blinks annoyingly. Causes eye strain.

The red dot optic
The first one I received did not work, Amazon replaced it within a day. The second one functions but the red dot is more like a star burst. Have not used in the field yet.

Tiny, brittle adjustment screws. Avoid.
Extremely brittle adjustments. Two were stripped upon arrival. I managed to zero the sight but the screws were all in bad shape. I emailed TruGlo and they offered the lock screws but I was SOL about the windage and elevation adjustments. I didn't pay good money for a brittle sight that won't be able to be zeroed more than once. Returned it.I'd look elsewhere for a sight.
