Great quality, no gutter loss but not perfect
I have recently received this and a 'leather like' NLT. both are similar quality but over all, I prefer the NIV text over the NLT. However, of the two similarly priced books the NLT has far better quality paper, red text for the words of Jesus and a far nicer quality cover. However it also has a very narrow gutter margin making it less comfy to read. I guess there is no perfect bible.

Enjoy the large print, but nothing fancy
A good value, but I wish it had gold or silver leaf. Print is large and readable. Great as a give away bible. It’s not fancy, but not too cheap either.

Never embarrass yourself in church again (see my review)
True story: I was using the bible app during a church service and accidently hit the play button. This causes the app to read the bible passage aloud. Well, this interrupted the sermon and I was soooo embarrassed. I decided, that's it, physical bible from now on! This is what led me to the value thin line bible. I wanted something not to big and easy to read and good quality. This bible has all that, including a very easy to read table of contents. The books are listed alphabetically w/ the page number beside them, far easier to look up passages. Stop reading this review and order the bible, its a good price, well made and wont interrupt your next sermon!
