EV Charger Level 2,(NEMA 10-30, 30A/25ft,6.6KW) Portable Electric Vehicle Charging Station for Electric and Hybrid Vehicles

If you have a dryer outlet that is close enough to your garage, this is a great alternative to installing a dedicated charger. It works well and is not complicated. The 25 foot cord is a good length, but measure carefully before buying, because you can't use an extension cord. The 120 volt charger that came with the car often takes longer to charge than what the car initially says, but this charges fully as expected. My living situation is temporary, so this is a much cheaper alternative to spending a ton of money on something I would leave in the house.

Worked fine for 9 months and now trips breaker and will not work. Electric sparking noise coming from unit then pops breaker. Tried unit in different outlet with the same result. The seller was quick in sending a replacement. Sometimes it is not how a seller does when things go well but, how they handle something when it goes wrong and out of their control.So I give this seller a Five Star review for customer service.

This unit will exceed 24A on a 30A line, which is against code for continuous electrical loads. You will pop a 30A breaker and it could exceed the temperature limitations of your wiring and/or connections. Any continuous load appliance with a NEMA 14-30 plug should not draw more than 24A for longer than a brief moment. There is no way to limit this unit's load. The onboard chargers of most EVs will accept well over 24A, so that's what this unit is going to deliver, unsafely.

Bought this in 2024, for our 2024 Mazda CX90 PHEV. We had it already for a year and wanted something faster. We started by changing with the factory 110v charger and it was like 12-15hrs to charge. The I found out we can plug it into 240v and it'll still work. That got us to 5hrs charge time. After that, I wanted somethjng faster. That's when we bought the LEFANEV level 2. I did my own breaker electical and plugged it in. Got 30amps and charged in 2hrs. It never let us down! Still to this day! 5 stars

I ordered this 11 months ago, and I've been using it every day, and have had no problems, until a couple of weeks ago. Instead of getting charged at 32 amps, we were only getting 6 amps. I wondered if there was a problem with my house wiring, but that all checked out fine. Then I took my charger (LEFANEV EV Charger Level 2) to a friend's house, and found that it was the charger that wasn't working right. I contacted the company, and they promptly promised to send me a replacement, no charge, covered by warranty. It arrived in just 3 days, and I am back in business and happy that I chose this product - based on it's good reviews. Five stars from another satisfied customer!
