Best back support so far
This is a fabulous chair.I was really excited when I started pulling the chair out of the box. Each component is heavy and well-built. I took me about 15 minutes to set it up. The chair sits on 5 wheels (not 4) for added stability.I was sitting on task chairs before this and this is a completely different feel. I sit at the computer for about eight-ten hours a day. I like being able to sit all the way up and having the support of the added lumbar and head pillows. The elastic bands holding the pillows in place allow for easy adjustment. My two favorite things about this chair:First, there’s a built-in massager in the lumbar pillow. I use a battery bank to run it and it fits nicely in the side of the chair. My back isn’t great so this help a lot.Second, I made sure to get the type B chair so there is place for the feet. When I am on a more relaxed conference call I have put the feet extension out and put my feet up to change the position a little bit.Overall this is the best chair I’ve had working from home.

The cushion is not durable, Become tilted. Fit for shoulder area is very tight
I had this chair for about 10 Month. Trying to be fair as possible about this chair. The first impression is good. (4-5 Star). Cushion is comfortable at affordable price. But first I notice that the problem is the if you in rest position the shoulder area is very tight. the width of flat part of recliner area is about 13". So medium size person (I'm 5'9" and 175lbs) would feel that both shoulders are pressed.About 4months into using it, I noticed slight tilting to left. In about 5 months, cushion is started giving up so long sitting is become uncomfortable. I am not sure about the cushion durability. Also, I hear clicking or metal locking sound when I am rocking back recliner back and forth.I am sure I can keep this chair much long only after using about 1yr.Good: first impression, reasonable PriceBad: Durability.

Limited adjustable height range
I bought this for my back to give myself more support while working at my desk. It’s definitely not the most comfortable seat I’ve sat on, and the leg rest isn’t that great. Once the chair fell forward because i guess i was sitting with too much pressure towards the end of the seat, just uneven weight. I really wanted a chair that could have good range of height. The height does extend but it’s very very little. I have it on the highest it’ll go and it still is too low for my desk. I only use it for work but I’d imagine if you bought this for gaming you’d want to adjust the height of your chair a decent range. It was just disappointing and if it wasn’t such a hassle to put together and such a huge box I’d return it but I’m gonna deal with it. The quality of the material actually seems good... just functionality wasn’t what i expected or hoped for. Maybe others will like it just not the range (adjustable height) i was hoping for in a chair.

Great Chair For $200 (Edited)
The chair is very comfortable and the 135⁰ recline is a very nice feature. The seat cushion feels fairly dense so I hope it won't wear out for a while. The bottom part came with 2 tiny tears but its barely noticeable. For 200 bucks I think its a very good buy.(Update as of June 26th) After a couple weeks the tension knob for tilt adjustment broke and the gas cylinder makes clicking sound and no longer stays in place when I sit on it. I'm returning the chair for a full refund.(Update July 5th) Requested for a refund and they immediately are sending out a replacement chair and gave a 50 dollar refund back to my credit card.

Very nicely built and packaged, leg rest is on the weak side.
Was packaged very well and arrived over a week earlier then it was estimated. I would have given this a 5, but being 6'4" the leg rest is pretty much useless for 2 reasons. 1: It only extends roughly 13 inches from the edge of the chair, long legs make it uncomfortable. 2: I'm afraid to actually put the full weight of my legs on it, feels like it is ready to give way at any moment. But with that said I just tuck the leg rest away and absolutely enjoy it. Did not buy it for the leg rest, Definitely well worth the money!

Love product, instuctions lack written istructions though does provide detailrd visual instructions
Love this chair its comfortable and very appealing unlike some desk chairs that are just eye sores. Biggest issue was assembly. Though it wasnt a massive challenge for me the instructions lacked clarity due to no written instructions, though did provide quite detailed visual instructions. However if you are like some of my family members who have a hard time processing just visual instructions i would say ask for help from another that way the assembly will not take as long or be as confusing.

Back support and headrest pillow are terrible. But the chair is good other than that
The chair over all is amazing, the back support massage thing is terrible. And i mean like so uncomfortable i don’t care to throw it away. The leg rest is pretty nice but kind of feels like it could break. I weight 185lbs and 6’1 and the headrest is not comfortable either cause it’s to low. Honestly they should sell this chair for like 10-15$ cheaper without the back thing and headrest.
