The best flour for Pizza when you do not have a very high temperature (800 degree) oven.

I wouldn’t order too much of this flour! I only had 3 weeks to use until the expiration date. Not useful if you want to keep on hand in your pantry! Isn’t that the purpose of pantry items like flour, sugar, and grains?

I received the package today on 4/5/2023 and all 4 bags expire on 10/15/2023This may be why these were the least expensive of the offerings.On a good note though, the package was delivered in less than 24 hours!

This is the second time I was sent expired or nearly expired flour. Never again.

The product was as described and I received it earlier than expected which was the end of March - but the expiration date is August 2020. I don't use that much flour so hopefully it will last a year or two.
