Sent them back. I simply did not understand about making the tension less - absolutely no clear directions. They are NOT one size fits all, they HURT. I can't imagine wearing them on a walk, I'd be crying.

The straps prevent proper blood circulation once you get the pads on. There is no knee support and stability as advertised. A totally waste of money.

First, I am not sure if everybody is trying to put them on the front of their knees like a regular brace. they go behind. I tried them today and jogged with my pup and no issues. I will still give them a three for aggravation of putting them on. If you were to have mobility issues like my wife then it would be almost impossible to put on by yourself.

My legs would not work with these.when I tighten them up to where they are almost working the cut off blood flow.

Not providing comfort and give me more pain on my knee

I was disappointed with the quality of this product. I purchased for a friend in need of knee support and we didn’t get it with this product .

This product came to my home damaged, I didn’t like this product, because the straps kept sliding down my leg.

These were extremely uncomfortable. Returned them.
