Picky pooch is happy at last!
The Lady Brady loves wet food and we've given her Butchers for years, so pleased it's now available on amazon to save me lugging it home from the supermarket, buying these larger packs is brilliant.Went mad and brought her a whole selection to see which is her favourite.Personally think it's a great diet for fit and healthy dogs.

only food my dog will eat
i have a 2 year old golden retriever who is a very fussy eater and he refuses point blank to eat we've tried no end of dryfoods even the £70 + bags down to the cheapest just to try and get him eat . we took vets advice trying to starve him out believe me this method does not work has he would go almost 2 days then he would eat whole bowl and we think success just for him to go a further 2 days his weight plummeted and he looked so thin. i tried him on this food and put a full tin down he smashed it so i gave him another. he loves this food after one month i am now managing to put a handful of dryfood mixed into his meals and he's eating it and he's regained his weight and looking amazing. with his kibble he eats 2 to 2 n half tins a day without 4 tins

Great value and no nasties
Dog loves all Butchers range. Best value for money and nutritious. Check out allaboutdogfood website. Pooch is fit and trim, coat is shiny and she doesn’t itch or scratch on this food. Highly recommended.

My dog like's Butchers, not these cans though
I normally get Butcher's wet dog food trays for my dog. He's a really picky eater and it's the one thing he never seems to go off. Due to lockdown shortages I couldn't get the trays a couple of weeks ago so purchased the tins instead. He didn't like them unfortunately, no reflection on the tins, just my dog Spike. Though, Spike disliking the tins does mean there's definitely a difference in recipe for the Wet Dog Food Grain Free tin cans and the trays. I've marked the tins down not because Spike didn't like them (it's a taste thing after all) but because the jelly settles in the bottom of the tin. If you've got a smaller dog and only feed them half a tin (or less) at a time this is problematic because pretty much the last third to quarter of the tin is all jelly. Might have just been the batch I purchased but thought it was worth flagging for other customers. Happily I can purchase the trays again so I'm still a Butchers customer, just not for the tins!

Our dogs adore Tripe!
Its not my cup of tea but our golden retrievers just adore tripe and wallop this food down in no time.We give it to them as part of a balanced diet and often mix it with some biscuits. This food is excellent value and importantly, it saves one of us lugging heavy cans back from the supermarket or pet shop. Quick delivery means we don't have to stockpile lots of cans either!

Loaf is Best
The loaf varieties are the most "dry" varieties. I find the gravy ones just a tin of slop and the jelly ones aren't as firm as they used to be so the loaf varieties are now the go-to cans to buy. All my dogs have always loved Butcher's food as well, especially the stinky tripe ones !! These cans are for my mum's dogs and for my little ones I buy their pate varieties in trays and they always go down well, too.Updated:Down to 4* cos' pretty much every single can was dented and bashed around !!!

Not for my dog but my friends dog loved it and he has a sensitive tummy too
I was really hoping this meat would help my dog as she has to have gluten free Skinner's biscuits but unfortunately she has had an upset tummy from day one just a spoonful on meat introduced slowly over a few day but it was no good for her . But my friend has a 18 year old jack Russell and he has a sensitive tummy and he has been fine on it no upset at all so it really depends on your dog. Butchers is an excellent quality food for dogs so don't be put off by my experience I just have a dog with very sensitive tummy.
