Relatively better one
I bought 3 items of palmyra palm tree sugar from 3 different vendors. This one little better. Not very flavorful but good enough to eat. Real fresh one usually very flavorful.

I wasted my money on this one
Didn't realize this sugar was in a semi-liquid form. Definitely not what I wanted. I understand but still disappointed that I couldn't return this item.

This palm sugar is excellent—it has the perfect amount of sweetness without being overpowering. It adds great flavor to recipes and dissolves well. However, I’d recommend removing the white paper inside the lid upon arrival, as I noticed some mold on it. Aside from that, the quality of the palm sugar itself is great. Would definitely buy again!

The product is what it says it is.
If we're being honest, I must admit I got what I paid for. This is my first time buying this product from anyone. The package arrived as a two pack, it leaked everywhere, Im in Florida and the heat can be brutal, but thats no reason for the packaging to leak. It should have been hermetically sealed. This didn't affect the taste but it did the consistency. Instead of being thick like molasses it was caky. All that aside the dishes I prepared came out wonderfully flavorful. I've been exploring new recipes and Palm Sugar paste, I found is not a product that widely manufactured. Im satisfied with the brand, but because its my first time trying Palm Sugar i will be exploring other brands to find one that suits my cooking style best. It could be that Four Elephants is the gold standard.
