Flea & Tick drops
I have a 6 year old Shih Tzu and this is working great for him. We live in Illinois and fleas can be a problem here if your pet likes to lay in the grass and my Cody does. The price was really good and it works great. He goes to the groomer once a month and he get this application every month.A great savings, try it.

Even though we had used the product before
I had used the 0-15lb on my dog that is 18lb and found that occasionally she did pick up a flea so I got the 16-33lb.Following instuctions I put on my dog 3pm yesterday by 6am the next day my dog was lethargic and unable to wake up, shaking and not wanting to eat.Took her to the vet and found she had a allergic reaction to the product. The help line was informative and we were able to find out its oil based and does not absorb into dogs skin. A couple of baths with dawn dish soap and she became more alert.266 dollars later and three hours at the vet she ate but the effect will wear off in 24/72 hours and her state currently is drunken sailor and very sleepy.I will be not be reusing this product on my dog and found this whole experience frightening.Pro the helpline poison control number was very helpful and free.

Caused hair loss and blistering within 24 hrs!
After less than an hour our 18 lb, 11 year old guy was clearly uncomfortable and kept attempting to itch the medicine off. Of course he couldn’t reach the area behind his neck, but continued to try all night. The next morning the hair around the application site had fallen out and his skin had blistered. Absolutely positive he wasn’t able to make contact with the area; he didn’t scratch or bite to do this.We immediately gave him a good bath, making sure to remove all the residue. He hasn’t itched since. We’ve used Frontline Plus for 11 years and tried this to save a few dollars during back to school time- never again. Spend the extra $10-15 and save your dog the discomfort!!

Its okay.
I bought it as a preventative measure for my 25lb corgi/dashound mix. It was my first time using something like this and I didn't have any issues applying it. It does make my dog's coat oily in the areas where I applied the medication for at least a week, it will gradually decrease over time. I usually brush out her coat to try and spread this process along. I noticed a strong cloves smell during the first day I applied it and the smell does decrease over time, however, on the second day my boyfriend noted that it smelled like piss. I would say it takes about 4 days for the smell to fully go away.

Citrus, good for a household cleaner, bad for a dog treatment.
This is a great price, but... the product has a really strong citrus smell, which is very foreign to a dog. My dog was visibly distressed after I put it on her, she kept trying to rub against her bed to get it off, when she realized she couldn’t, she sat staring at me, like what did you do to me. I ended up giving her a bath to try to reduce the smell. Citrus, good for a household cleaner, bad for dog treatments.

STRONG clove odor that almost fumes and can be pretty irritating. I make sure to apply it during the day so it wears off by night. Seems to work at preventing fleas, hope that it does repel mosqitos (which can carry heartworm) as it advertises. It's much less expensive that alternative brands but I wonder if it does the job...I'll probably spring for the name brand stuff next time so I worry less.

Made my dog sick
this product literally smells so vile, so putrid, so fetid, that it made my dog vomit...and nearly made my human family members sick from the smell, as well. this is unlike any other flea treatment we've used...this is not normal. i threw this product in the trash after applying 1 treatment, which i had to wash from my dog myself and take to the groomer to de-stink my dog. save yourself the headache (and i mean literal, physical headache) and stay away from this vile concoction.

My poor itchy dogs.
It seems to kinda work but the down fall is my dogs now itch all the time since I put this on them, so I keep thinking they have fleas but they don't. I won't be buying again just for the fact my pups itch and scratch constantly when they never did before. I'm going natural using eucalyptus and citronella oils.
