Farberware Specialty Nonstick Bakeware Springform/Fluted Mold Pan, Round, 7 Inch, Gray

I picked up the smallest size and that is the only thing I regret. I hasn't faced any leaking issues even when preparing cheese cake. What is true is that isn't easy to remove the ring and keeping a perfect shape for the cake you're baking. Other Than that I'm pretty happy with this mold pan.

Made my 4th instant pot cheesecake. This pan is perfect, the release buckle opens nicely , I don’t let water after washing lay in any grooves,I’m sure the pan will have no issues long term. I have a 7inch spatula slide it under my cheesecake, I turn the bottom upside down, spatula slides under easily releases perfectly. Four cheesecakes doing good in this pan, in my instant pot.

Taller than others (3.1 inches) with nice quality feel and big latch. Typical non-stick coating, probably silicone. Says dishwasher okay but don't advise because coating is unreliable with power washer and detergents. Wish it included a decorative braided base plate like the old Kaiser La Forme model. I also bought the Instant Pot brand which is equally good but I kept the Farberware because it was 1/2" smaller.

I own several Farberware nonstick Bakeware and so when I went looking for a smaller pan I went to the brand I know and trust and I found this product, I used it this past weekend and it did the job, my rum cake came out very well. So far so good.

I have made some of my best cheesecakes with this pan! Absolutely love it. Mine has not leaked at all, and very easy to use and clean. Will definitely purchase another larger size.

Works great for cheesecake although I put it in a cookie sheet t catch small leaks
