Light shimmery powder, the color blue dyed our skin.
Bought this as edible finger paints for my toddler. Wasn't expecting the shimmer, but not necessarily a bad thing. Very small quantity of powder but a little goes a long way. Shook out a portion of each into small ramekins and added very little water. Made watercolor style paint. Let ramekins dry and will reuse again. Main issue is blue color was difficult to come off. Took several baths.

Kind of a rip off with how small the containers are
All in all a good product but kind of a rip off with how small the containers are. In the picture they seem very reasonably sized but when they came in the mail I was highly disappointed to see the amount given.

Awful!
If you order this product, be prepared for the size. Each pot is about 1/2 inch high and about as round as a quarter. I’m very disappointed. It was for my grandson’s first year birthday and I couldn’t even give it to him. So I had no gift. I was too disappointed in it to give it to him at his birthday party. And now I learn that I can’t even return it!

Do not buy
Worst product. My kids hands are still stained two days on and I have scrubbed with various soaps, and hot water. It's not enough to write some boilerplate copy to say all 'paint stains a little', you need to be specific and write that this WILL STAIN HANDS! Will be demanding Amazon for a refund. Awful experience. Side note, the colors are not as brights as they claim.

Not easily removable from hands
While I do like the concept of this edible paint, I obviously don’t like the fact that it is not easily washed off of children’s hands. This picture was taken after bath time. I was trying all sorts of soaps to get the green off my son’s hands. I even used a small nail brush to gently get rid of the color and it did not work. I’m sure this will clear up within a few hours but my expectation was for this product to be easily washed /wiped off.
