Eyekepper 1.5x Reading Glasses, Readers for Men Women with Spring Hinges

I've purchased four sets of 5 glasses over the past couple years. The Eyekepper line is well-made with clear lenses and comfortable fit thanks to the spring hinges. Best of all at less than $4 a pair you can leave them *everywhere*! No more searching for glasses or worrying about losing a pair. The only color option I've had a problem with are the clear/black. Three pairs cracked causing one lens to fall out. Could have been a bad batch or a coincidence but *company immediately replaced broken frames at no charge.* Five Stars to the product and seller!

PROS: This is my second time purchasing these readers and I find them to be of good quality at a low price. They are quite attractive, and I've no problem wearing them into the grocery store, doctors office, etc... They can be had in a large array of frame/arm combos; this time I got the brown/black tortoise shell arms w/black rims - very nice! The last time I got the combo pack with one pair of shaded (sunglass) lenses with several different frame/arm combos and they still look very good! You get 5 (FIVE!) pairs of glasses of very acceptable quality at about the same price as on (ONE) pair at the local retail outlet. CONS: The frames are weak where the metal hinge part screws in. On a couple of pairs I had to keep re-INSERTING the screw that held the arms on, as if it backs out slightly, the arms fall out of alignment and must be CAREFULLY bent back into alignment, so the screw will line up again. I've had 3 pairs that the frames broke in the same area: very close to the nose bridge on the top of the left eyepiece. These were not mis-hancled or sat on or dropped; they just broke after several months of constant use: NO BIG DEAL! They're still a very good value! CONCLUSION: These are good-looking, inexpensive readers that ARE ALSO A GREAT VALUE: in this case they are not CHEAP, they are just inexpensive. If it wasn't for the screws backing out and the occcasional frame breakage out of the blue, they would EASILY be 5 stars! A SOLID 4 out of 5 stars in my book:-)

I like these a lot. I ordered the same glasses but it was a variety pack. All of the frames were the same but they were different colors, including one pair of reading sunglasses. I have these all over the house, car and work so I am never without them. I wanted to get more but didn't need another pair of sunglasses and I liked this free color the best. I was happy to discover that I could order them all the same. The hold up well, the lenses are clear and true to strength and they look pretty snazzy.

These are of much higher quality than the six-packs places like BJs sell. Those are brittle. These are much stronger and well constructed.

Love these! 2nd set I've bought as my wife either breaks them or loses them, lol awesome glasses, clear and very comfortable! And cant beat the price!!!

Good product. Good price. I really like the hinges. But they scratch easily.

The lacquer on the arms flakes and irritates my ears. # pairs do far that I couldn't wear for more than a couple months before tossing them.
