We just finished a 12-week study of The Pilgrim's Progress in our church adult Sunday school class using the author's modern translation of Bunyan's classic book and his study guide along with a video series by Derek Thomas The Pilgrim's Progress: A Guided Tour (Amazon Prime Video). I would highly recommend these materials. For most in our class, it was the first time they had read John Bunyan's masterful allegory of the "ordinary" Christian life. The book and study guide by Mr. Vermilye made it easy for everyone to follow along and prepare for our weekly class by reading a chapter and going through the questions in the study guide on their own. As facilitator, I also greatly appreciated the answer guide and Scripture references, which can be downloaded from the publisher's website. Excellent materials! Although there are many translations of this classic work, this modern translation is easy to read while being faithful to the meaning of the original text. I hope these materials will lead to a renewed interest in and appreciation for this masterful work, which is as relevant to Christians today as it was in the 17th Century. I also hope the author will consider offering a similar book and study guide on "book two" of The Pilgrim's Progress.

I’m studying Pilgrims Progress right now with 2 different groups. Up till yesterday, I had no issue opening the answer guide, but now it won’t open. Need help.
