No page numbers, so many typos its annoying, information is delivered similarly to disorganized rambling. General dated info that was 30% useful. For the price 30% is O.K.

I have read several self storage books and this one has the most complete information to get you started. No book is perfect, but this book has many ideas that will help you so you don’t have to reinvent the wheel or learn the hard way

Seems like book was never proof read. It's too bad as it does have a lot to offer in the way of knowledge.

Useful for newbie self-storage business.

There is no structure to this book and I found at least 10 typos in the first section alone. Physical quality of the book was poor. The cover photo was pixelated. The author is boringggggg and could not keep my attention. First book of 30 I read this year that I could not finish. With that said, I went and bought "Creating Wealth Through Self Storage" by Mark Helm and this was a book I was able to finish in a day because it caught my attention, was structured properly and I actually learned something! Sorry Dean Brown. If you are going to release a book and expect people to learn from it, then spell the words "Cash Flow" properly in your book and use spell check. Nothing against you personally, I am sure you are a nice guy but I cannot take you seriously when I take your book out of the box and it looks like a 1st grader saved an imagine from google images and stretched it by putting it on a word document.

I ordered two introductory books on self storage.. I first read mark Helm's Creating Wealth Through Self-Storage. Would give that a thumb's up. Easy to read, but had enough pointers and facts - . Then I went to this one. all generalities. Can say I didn;t learn a thing. author wasted many pages on RV storage. Couldn;t care less. had zero information on running numbers and general ideas of running business. many ideas rambled. Ugh
