Very clear crisp photos of each motif. Instructions are simple and clear, especially with the great photos.

Bought this new in 1999 at a local bookstore, while I was still new to crochet. I've since gone through hundreds of such books, leaflets, even hardback 'volumes', but THIS IS THE ONE I still use regularly, and constantly go to for inspiration on projects simple to complex, even when using standard weight YARN (I've learned there are ways to translate the thread count to yarn, over time)... have never found a crochet book that's as easy to understand and full of advanced beginner-to-skilled motifs as this one. ;-)

I have been looknig for a crochet motif book with instructions for quite awhile. I have seen others but not as detailed with beautiful pictures. The instructions are easy to follow too. I am very happy with this purchase.
