Just order for your size , I would say l will be about right .I am M and I am a size 12 this is a nice loosish comfortable fir for me .

Q: Do these have a sown in label or is it a printed directly onto the material

Mine have label printed inside neckline and sewn in labels with care instructions near the hipline
