Southern Lady Kindle Edition

I am discouraged that this magazine I have subscribed to for years has changed its advertising policy. I feel like I pay fir adds not content. My last subscription. It is a pricy magazine and I would hope it has paid for itself but apparently content is a backburner in today’s magazines.

The first issue of Southern Lady featured an article on two of my long lost friends and neighbors. This magazine fills a spot in the hearts of so many Southern Ladies that I know and so many ladies who wish they had known the joys of growing up with Southern Mothers, Grandmothers, Aunts, Cousins and Friends.

I have subscribed to Southern Living for quite some time. I enjoy the many articles on how to entertain like a southern lady, their recipes and even their travel suggestions. Their publication of a Chicken & Tortellini Salad has been my go-to summer afternoon dish for years!

There's something romantic about the notion of living in the South. I picture sitting on a front porch, gossiping while sipping on sweet tea; I think of good manners and hospitality. I know that's a fantasy, but this magazine takes me there, so it's a fun respite.

Absolutely Beautiful magazine!! The pages are absolutely breathtaking and it has many topics of interest. Recipes in here are great too!! Overall it’s such a wonderful magazine!!

As much as I love real paper magazines, I just don't have room to keep them! It is nice to be able to read them on my iPad and not use valuable physical space to store them.

My mom just received her first issue. A Christmas issue in January. That shouldn't count as an issue in my opinion of its old. Just my two cents.
