For some reason when I try hats on in the store they never go past my ears, or feel too tight. I never felt my head was big, but maybe it is. This hat though looks great and goes down past my ears and does not squeeze my head. It also kept me warm as a public transit rider this past winter in Chicago. If I ever need to replace the hat I have already, I would buy it again.As a side note; the buttons on the grey hat I ordered are not brown. They are black with little white spirals, similar to the other hats.

Item is good quality for the price and is very warm, but the image does not describe the product. It does not have wooden or brown buttons, but instead comes with black buttons with a white design on them. Thankfully, it appears the buttons can be changed without damaging the hat, since they do serve a purpose and are not just decorative.

Very cute and fits great! Some of the knitting came loose, but was easy to put back into place. Easy to wash too.

Nicely constructed knit hat with a lot of stretch. I don't think it would be super warm in extremely cold, windy weather but for an average cold day it does the job.

The hat is as cute as I had hoped, but the quality is TERRIBLE. The hat arrived yesterday, and I have tried it on once in the mirror to see how it looks. I have literally never worn it outside or for any amount of time, and the topmost button has already fallen off. I know you get what you pay for, but this is ridiculous! Very disappointing.

This hat would be ok if it wasn't falling apart. The second I opened my package I noticed the hat is unraveling. Bummer
