Not an Orignal Charisma Lux
I have slept on a Charisma Lux pillow before- this is not it! It HAS to be a knock off. I took the pillow out and it never even fluffed up- no matter how much I shuffled it around- it is literally like a deflated pillow equivalent to a piece of paper! Returning ASAP! Definitely not worth $90!

Firmer than expected
Great pillows but firmer than I expected. Was looking for a softer down alternative.

The first order had dirty pillows- yuck. We returned and received new ones, just not a good process. The pillows are nice though.

Feathers poking you!
These are very soft pillows and we enjoy them. The only problem is the feather ends are popping out through the pillow and poking us!
