As you can see from the photo's of the lid on this item it has a black mark on it!! I assumed at first that it was just a speck of dirt or something similar, but nope!!! its underneath the varnish!!! Hmm not a lot of care taken when this was made by the look of thing's too busy just banging them out on a production line I am thinking, it's a shame really because it's a present for my partner's birthday and it look's second hand, I am quite annoyed as at £24.99 it was not cheap!!! Come on play the game if you are going to charge that sort of money then make sure that you put a lot more love & effort into making it look new for a start!!! I will not be recommending this seller or company to anyone in my world. Bad Karma. In fact I am going to return it for a refund.

So very small, would only hold a ball of wool the size of an orange! It is not useful for the modern wound wool. Very disappointed as it was supposedly a special gift.
