Uncle Dougie's Marinade, Chicago, 18-Ounce

This was a real shocker. Make according to the very easy instructions and you have a spicy, succulent appetizer. Before discovering this marinade I had the best wing recipe ever. Not anymore! And this is a lot less work. lol.

We love Uncle Dougie's marinade. I cook the chicken covered with aluminum foil for an hour at 400. I take off the foil and cook until desired crispness, about another half hour. I also baste the wings every so often, maybe every 20 minutes, but no set amount.

I first tried this marinade in Chicago in 1992 - love it! Not only on wings but it's great on pumpkin seeds in the fall!

The product arrived on time, however, I was very disappointed in the taste of this. The sauce had a very over-powering taste, unlike the barbeque flavor, I was expecting! Gave the other bottle of this away!

I read all the reviews before purchasing and thought this would be a great product. The instructions said to marinate one to two hours and I did for twenty four just to make it extra spicy. I could barely taste anything. This product is very expensive and the results were disappointing. I finally just added some hot sauce so it would have some flavor. Never again will I purchase this.

This product is great has hust the right amount of heat great flavor, big hit at the hunting camp.

It was not the wing marinade that was the problem, I paid $28 for one bottle!!!! I was cheated and misled! The site advertised a "unit" for sale, not a bottle, and it was $27.99. I had bought a case before from an Amazon site and expected the same from this site. Whe it arrived, it was ONE bottle AND non-returnable!!! RIP OFF!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!

My daughter had a Chicago night, it was a lot of fun, and I brought Chicago wings made with uncle Dougie's marinade following the instructions on the bottle. Everybody, including myself, loved them. If you enjoy eating chicken wings, give this a try you will not be disappointed.
