1. Turn off your printer and remove the cartridges, let the printer remains power off for 2-3 min and turn on your printer. 2. Turn on the printer without the cartridge. Wait until the printer finishes booting up and then re-install toner cartridge.

What if the paper has streaks or is not clear when printing?

1. You can try to take the toner out and shake it for around 10 seconds, and then reinstall it to see if it resolves your issue. 2. If the issue still persist, please try to clean the corona wire of the drum unit and see if it resolves the issue.

What if the page yield is insufficient?

Good in a hurry

Good Replacement

not compatible with HP Laser 107w

I am as disappointed and annoyed as most customers.I bough the toner in the firm belief that it works on HP Laser 107w.It does not.The printer does not recognize the toner.I bough it many months ago and my return delivery window has closes.But as the seller claims that it is compatible with HP Laser 107w he is giving misleading information and is going to be reported by me to Amazon as giving such.
