Instructions could have been a little clearer, however there are video link’s available (I managed with the basic instructions but have done similar builds before).Very strong, lots of space on both bunks, good head clearance when sat up (bottom and top bunk).Overall extremely happy

I bought my bunk beds through Amazon market place a cool £80 cheaper than going direct to Strictlybedsandbunks.Delivery was fast, though unannounced. Luckily we were in.Found the instructions adequate and mostly accurate, though they could have set them out with easier to follow diagrams.All parts were present though I found the quality of fittings poor. 2 of the ladder magnesium bolts snapped when securing the ladder runners. The allen key supplied was poor. It was easy to burr the allen key bolt head slots.If there was any thing that stopped me giving a higher rating was the state of some of the pine timber. Several knots fell out. One side rail was split near the securing bolt. Several sections were heavily marked. Looked like rubber boots had been trampling over the wooden planks. Luckily methylated spirits removed most of this.I paid a fair price for this end of the market, though lots of patching has been necessary to make beds look presentable

I was let down by another supplier when bought a bunk beds recently. Contacted strictly beds as used them in past and bought these bunk beds again, they sent me solid wood bunk beds next day and 3 hours of build and ready to take good night sleep. These beds are.* Very easy to make, I do not even need to look at a complex 20-30 steps and dozen types of screws. Watch online video of 10-11 mins (link on their website) and that was good enough for me.* Made of solid wood. Unlike many other beds made up of chipboard (I had to return one bunkbed made of chipboard as it broke while making).* I seen it in use of almost 5 years, and it was as solid and reliable as it was on day one.* Customer service is good, answer different queries (3 in total) same day.In short, very pleased with the purchase and would highly recommend using Strictly Beds and Bunks.

Everything arrived safe and sound, nothing missing and the delivery man was friendly.I managed to assemble the bed by myself alone and took me about 12 hours. It was fun to make.I slept on the top bunk. I weigh 18 stones and it was sturdy.Make sure you follow the instructions. They are available on Youtube even better. I found them more useful than the instruction on paper.The wood were marked in specific order in three colour, make sure you do not mix them. It will mess up everything for you later on.Make sure after you finish assembling the bed. There are two silver fittings for the bed to be fitted to the wall. This will keep the bed sturdy when you move around.I am not only happy but proud of this bed.Well done to the designers who made it!They thought it very well.

Success , completed the project with hubby for when our son visits with our grandson . Unfortunately there was just one nigglydistraction , THE PLANS were infuratingly faintly printed . Yes we knew we could contact you the seller. However the bed was neededfor relatives ( children ) urgently . We soon realised small mistakes and quickly resolved them . The beds have been slept in bygrandchildren and their Dad ( our son ) So please may we please request for customers to follow, print a little clearer . The memoryfoam mattress's are slept on with comfort by all who have come for overnight visits.

Purchased this for my 2 teenager boys to free up space in there bedroom,delivery was spot on and couldn't fault delivery,putting it up was another matter instructions are not the best and I did have lots of trouble with the main corner bolts I just couldn't get them located as other buyers have stated in there review they had same trouble,after hours of trying and even cross threading one trying to get it to locate I eventually managed it,on completion the bed is just what we wanted and looks great in there room,it is nice and strong and the boys love sleeping in it,so it's 4 stars from me due to instructions and putting it up I'm knocking one star off,if I hadn't managed to locate the main bolts I would never have got it put together and I would have seen my boys sleeping on a mattress on the floor but luckily I managed it in the end,would I like to build another one,hell no but have to say the end product is good,

Delivery was very quick. Bed is strong and looks nice. Only problem was missing fixings. Some of screws were too many and some not enough. Not nice when you’re halfway through butting bed together and then you need to stop until next day when shops are open, to buy screws. Also instructions were ok until fixing ladder to bed, after that think out yourself how to put leftover together.

There is a fair amount of weight to the beds, without a doubt a two person job and you need two pairs of hands to hold the sides etc in place when you have got the frame up. Easy to construct. Joints fitted perfectly. Good quality pine. As with all natural products a little tlc required before painting etc,. Opted for coach bolts rather than the brackets to secure to plaster board wall, straight into the brick. Existing 3ft mattresses fitted without a problem.Delivery was 2 days earlier than Amazon time scale, excellent as it took five hours to erect and tidy up afterwards.Very pleased with purchase.
