I ordered the smallest size they have for my 7 yo playing football. He absolutely loves it & so do I.

My son loves these and wears them under his pants to school in the winter as well as when we go camping, fishing, and hunting in colder weather.They are stretchy and soft on the inside. The waistband is a softer elastic like many underwear have. I wish I had ordered up a size to make them last longer as he is average thickness (not slim like my girls) and the length is just right. I feel like he could have gotten away with a size up. Overall, we are pleased with these and will purchase this particular brand when he outgrows these.I also got this brand’s shirts for him and my daughters. They all love them and ask to wear them even when they don’t need to. Also, their heads don’t get stuck in them like some others.

These are a very nice, very warm base layer. However, the non-fleece ones fit right and fitted, whereas these are quite loose throughout the leg. Not sure why.

These leggings are pretty thin. The “fleece” is just a brushed texture on the inside and not anything I would expect when ordering fleece-lined leggings. The non-fleece version are actually a little see through, which isn’t a big issue since my son wears them under his sports shorts. I ordered these for him in both gray and black and they will be fine for the fall LAX season. They will not add much warmth, however. I wouldn’t want to pay much more for leggings he is going to be that rough with.

Purchased a size Small for my thin/average sized 9-year-old.He wears them under his shorts for chili football and baseball practices. Thicker than other brands I’ve tried. Great buy!
