Does the job. Slots are the right size to catch the clumps, but not keep additional litter in it. Easy to use, not like some scoops that are at a weird improper angle for the job. Might be a little heavy for a more frail person or someone with bad wrists though.

Solid heavy duty 100% metal. No padding but much preferred over bendy plastic with cushy padding. Great for manuevering small boxes. Has narrow but deep scoop, holds as much waste as long handled scoops. Slots excellent size for clumping litter. Very happy with purchase.

This scoop was exactly what I was looking for. It's strong, easy to clean, and will last for ages, I'm sure. There are 2 things that could only make it better, and dare I say perfect. One, if it had some texture on the grip, as someone who wears gloves while scooping I had trouble with my hand slipping. I use dish washing gloves and the new ones slipped A LOT on the handle. Two, it could stand to be a bit more ergonomic. I have 2 high wall boxes in an enclosure, and this scoop was a bit flat for it to be comfortable in this style box. I love the long handled and how strong it was even under heavy load, but it was a tad awkward. I think I will add my own bend to suit my personal needs. But like I said those two things would only make it even better, they are not NEEDED, just my personal preferences. It does the job, and does it splendidly as is!

Feels so secure and sturdy to dig up those big stuck on clumps. It's sharper edged than other metal scoopers so it can really scrape off from the bottom and sides. It's a nicer small size than the popular one which I have also. It's hard to explain other than it just has a great feel and does the job better than any other scooper I've ever used and I've had all kinds of plastic and different handles and no comparison. The handle could be better with rubber or something but it works so well it doesn't matter.

I bought to use at a rescue. The handle is just a couple inches too long, but still better than others I’ve tried. Lower stars because after only a few uses the coating/paint is coming off and rust is showing. We’ve been very careful not to let them set in water. The handle is not real comfortable, but doable. Still better than plastic.

Its better than most because its not curved up at the front edge and it is strong. I do wish they would blunt the sharp edges so it would not scratch my plastic pan, creating safe harbor for bacteria.

Scraping litter off my stainless steel litter box (which I don't recommend) - there is zero flex in the tool (very positive). The slots are a bit further apart than my previous scooper which makes the fecal matter easier to drop through. If the front bar was a bit wider it would make picking up that fecal matter easier.

I bought a decorative scoop holder that came with a scoop that was too flimsy. All of the metal, sturdy scoops that I found were too big to fit inside the holder. I ordered this one hoping it would work and it did. It fits perfectly the holder and is sturdy enough to get the job done. I have bent it once while scooping, but readjusted how I use it, so I am happy with my purchase.
