An important product if you experience GIRD or an overly acidic stomach.
I saw a medical review on acidic stomachs that stated proton pump inhibitors (PPI) might not give a true solution to overly acidic stomachs and I think this may be true. You will tend to take more and more of the PPI class of drugs but this makes digestion more and more difficult due to lack of acid. The better answer seems to be taking Zinc to repair the digestive system and reduce the need for PPI drugs. I think this is true however 50mg was too much for me. I tended to use half to 1/3 dose otherwise I got uncomfortable side effects. I could take 1/3 dose twice a day. This seems to be working and I am feeling better.

I like the price and the size,and hopefull it helped me to go through pandemic. Only side effect it's a light nauseating feeling about an 30 minutes after taking it.
