Edora Seasoning for Chops and Schnitzel 100g

Blew my shocks off! Incredible flavor, exactly like my German grandmother used to make. What’s this about such a small package? Come on, check out size & price for just bay leaves in your grocery store. This doesn’t take much to rub on your cutlet, it will last a very long time if stored properly. I actually bought it to use on meats to cook in my air fryer! This is definitely authentic & delicious. So pleased I bought it!

I should’ve looked closer at the size of the bag. It’s probably a 1/4 the size I’d thought it would be for $8.00Small as a pack of cigarettes. As for flavor I didn’t get that far. I’ll update when/if I decide to keep it.

Greatest spice for pork schnitzel since we came back from Europe.

This is my favorite seasoning for schnitzel- I sprinkle some in my flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. I even put a little bit on the pork or veal after pounding it out. It isn’t too strong of a taste as long as you only use a small amount in all the layers. I have even used this when I make home fries. It has a distinct flavor- I can’t describe it, but it doesn’t taste like anything else I have in my pantry.

Haven't tried yet so cannot comment on taste but this is such a TINY bag for $7 that it better blow my socks off with flavor. Just beware of how small it is before ordering.
