I've been using both the shampoo and conditioner for several years and love them both. I started using these 2 products due to an itchy scalp and almost immediately, that took care of that issue. Plus, my hair feels really nice and soft.The shampoo has a great clean smell and it can also work great without any conditioner, even though I use both together. The conditioner has an odd smell. However, I think the formula has improved for the conditioner, because the smell is a bit more appealing. The bottles are different now and look very nice as well.There are expiration dates on the bottom of the bottles and I feel it is very important to make sure that the use does not go too much past or past at all for those expiration dates, especially for the conditioner.I also recommend shaking the both bottles before using them. I found that this helps the consistency before using on my hair.I highly recommend these hair products. Era Organics is a Great Company and will answer any questions about their products!

This stuff is amazing! I had recently been struggling with trying to get rid of eczema dry patches on a couple spots on my scalp. My scalp was also always itchy. Strange smell, but otherwise seems okay

I love Era Organics conditioner! I have a ton of chemical sensitivities, and most shampoos and conditioners cause a reaction (varying from a moderate rash to a inflamed red, bleeding scalp). A number of years ago, I found Exederm and was using that, but I wasn't very happy with the conditioner for making my very thick, naturally wavy hair manageable. My solution was to use a deep conditioner I was only mildly allergic to every 2-4 weeks to make do. Early in 2016, I was doing some more research as I was getting more irritation again and I found Era Organics (after a few horrible other failed attempts). I was very happy with the short ingredient list, the 5.5 pH and decided to make one more attempt. And it was the best decision I've made in ages! I do have to use a moderate amount, but that's pretty standard for my hair type. It is expensive, but again, I have been spending a large amount of money on products for ages due to my chemical sensitivities. It is super softening, however doesn't overly weigh down my hair, so I imagine even those with finer hair than I would be happy with this if they use a little less. Also, it doesn't eliminate my wave, but just makes it a gentle soft wave. I have tried the Era Organics shampoo, and it's not my favorite. I have a small bottle, and I use it occasionally as a deep cleanse shampoo, but over all it is too cleansing and drying for me (but no skin reaction!). The conditioner, however, is a keeper.

I'm very disappointed in this purchase. I ordered this conditioner to help my scalp. I read the ingredients listed and felt that they were healthy and safe. I was so excited to try this conditioner, and after the first use my hair felt less soft than normal, when it should've been silkier. I read the back of the bottle and noticed ingredients that were not on the Amazon listing. Most notably dimethicone, cetearyl-alcohol, and dl-pathenol. I wouldn't have made this purchase if these ingredients were on the listing. Please beware if you're purchasing this product!

Love this conditioner and how clean it is. Does not leave a residue greasy feeling in your hair but leaves it feeling so soft.

Scent is very nice. 5 starsConditions well. 4 starsI have a problem getting it out of the bottle. Cant squeeze it out easily, need to turn it over and shake shake then squeeze. Also you cant see in the bottle so you dont know when its done. Shame, its a good product in a bad bottle.The product is thick will it empty or leave 10% in the bottle?
